The differences between project management and system analyst

 A systems analyst is responsible for designing and developing and information system
while Project management is the process of planning, scheduling, and then controlling the
activities during system development.
 The project team of system analyst consists of users, the systems analyst,and other IT
professionals while the goal of project management is to deliver an acceptable system to
the user in an agreed-upon time frame while maintaining costs.
 System development should follow three 3 general guidelines such as Group activities or
tasks into phases, Involve users and Define standards whereas One aspect of managing
projects is to ensure that everyone submits deliverables on time and according to plan.
