CLASS 8/4 - LITERATURE - ASSIGNMENT

Hello everyone! Today we are going to do a retelling activity to review the story
“ONE WISH”, from LITERATURE. Pages 32-39 COMPASS

1- Watch this video to take into account the steps you have to follow when you
retell a story.

2- Let´s review the steps that the video mentions:

1- Characters
2- Setting
3- Beginning
4- Middle
5- End
-Include CONNECTORS, for example: to begin with, first, then, also, finally, etc.
-Decide the TENSE you are going to use to retell the story. For example: if you
start telling the story in the PAST TENSE, do it from the beginning until the
end. Don´t mix PRESENT AND PAST TENSE.

3- Now you are ready to do it!

-Record an audio retelling the story ONE WISH. The audio shouldn´t be longer
than 2 minutes. IT WILL HAVE A MARK!
-Don´t forget to include the steps mentioned in exercise 2.
