1. FOREWORD
We are all aware that air, water and noise pollution as well as
viruses/bacteria which reside around us are responsible for many
acute as well as chronic diseases. Big cities and towns are
surrounded with pollutants due to industrial development and
urbanization. You may think that you are safe at home. But that is
not true! You may be surprised to know that even your cleanest
home is no longer a safe abode and is surrounded with invisible
viruses/ bacteria. Removing all these viruses/ bacteria which reside
around us is not possible even after cleaning our homes. All these
outdoor pollutants and indoor viruses/ bacteria affect the health of
all the members of the family, eventually making them sick.
In this era of jet-speed, we cannot afford frequently getting sick
and staying at home which hinders our progress. We also cannot
afford long medical prescriptions because of the increasing prices
day-by-day. We cannot afford bearing pains while suffering from
any disease.
Everyday new research & developments are being made for curing
diseases. But this ultimately results into adding more & more
drugs to our body. We are all aware of the side effects of the
antibiotic medicines. So it becomes necessary to avoid all
those diseases, antibiotics and its side effects.

For curing these diseases, Dr. Royal Rife and Dr. Hulda Clark
have suggested an alternative method of treatment which has been

2. INNOVATION MADE BY DR. ROYAL RIFE & DR.

HULDA CLARK

A great innovation has been made by Dr. Royal Rife and Dr.
Hulda Clark after many years of research and case-studies on
humans. According to Dr. Hulda Clark, lack of exercise, vitamin
deficiencies, hormone levels or anything else cannot be the cause
for many diseases. She has found that we are facing mainly two
health problems and the remedies for it are as under:

She has proved that each of the bacteria, virus and parasite can be
removed through a definite frequency. If our body is subjected to
these set of frequencies for a particular disease, we can kill all the

She has also invented an electronic device i.e. Frequency
Generator to use electricity to kill bacteria, viruses and parasites.
She has found this practice very useful for most of the diseases;
including Corona, HIV and Cancer. The most amazing thing

3. WHAT IS A FREQUENCY GENERATOR?

You might be eager to know about the ‘Frequency Generator’ and

how it helps us in living a better life without taking medicines.
How can we kill any unwanted bacteria, viruses or parasites
residing in our body through a Frequency Generator? Here’s a
very simple answer…

A Frequency Generator is a fully automatic unit based on the

frequencies given by Dr. Royal Rife and as per the book “The
Cure for All Diseases” by Dr. Hulda Clark. It is an electronic
device through which we can grasp frequencies in our body to
cure the diseases. The Frequency Generator emits a
particular frequency/ set of frequencies to destroy the virus/
bacteria causing various diseases. You can kill those
bacteria and be disease free in minutes, not days or weeks
as antibiotics require.

4. NO SIDE EFFECTS
Frequency Generator is safe without any side effects. Also it does
not interfere with any treatment you are undergoing. You may
continue taking any other treatment like antibiotics, homeopathy
etc.

5. PME FREQUENCY GENERATOR

We have developed this unique device with the Brand name “PME
Frequency Generator”. It is designed to deliver consolidated
frequencies established by both Dr. Royal Rife and Dr. Hulda
Clark, thereby making it more useful to the patients. The PME
Frequency Generator contains 680 pre-installed diseases.
Version 20.6.2 of PME Frequency Generator also contains
frequencies for balancing the SEVEN CHAKRAS which are the
vital energy centres in the body. ‘Chakra’ is a Sanskrit word which
means ‘wheel’ and here chakras are the wheels of free flowing
energy in the body which vibrate with energy. These chakras have
their own vibrational frequency and are catalysts of healthy human
body functioning. Scientifically, a chakra is a place connecting
important glands and proper functioning of these important glands
leads to a healthy life. A chakra blockage and imbalance in one or
several of the seven chakras can initiate mental, emotional and
physical ailments. The seven chakras are as shown below:

MULADHARA This chakra represents body foundation and

(Base or root chakra)
it is present at the base of the spine. The
balancing of base chakra makes one feel
confident to withstand challenges.
SWADHISHTHANA It is located in the lower abdomen below
(Sacral chakra) the navel and the chakra governs creativity,
emotions and sexual energy.
MANIPURA This is also known as the solar plexus
(Navel chakra) chakra and it controls self-confidence, will
power and self-esteem.
ANAHATA The heart chakra is the bridge between the
(Heart chakra) lower chakras (associated with materiality)
and upper chakras (associated with
spirituality). This chakra influences a
person ability to give and receive love from
others and themselves.
VISHUDDHA The throat chakra gives voice to the heart
(Throat chakra) chakra and controls ability to express
clearly and communicate seamlessly.
AJNA This chakra controls the ability of intuition,
(Third eye chakra) imagination and wisdom. It opens up
perceptive psychic ability.
SAHASRARA It is located at the crown of head and
(Crown chakra) represents ability to establish spiritual
connection.

NOTE: -
 If the unit is charged for 2 hours, it is capable of operating up to
6 hours.
 It is advisable to avoid charging for more than 2 hours.
 The battery generally functions for up to 2 years. After the
battery expires, open the 4 screws in the Battery compartment on
the Back Panel and replace the 3 AAA sized rechargeable
Batteries
CAUTION: Do not replace the rechargeable Batteries with
Alkaline Batteries. If you do so, DO NOT CHARGE the unit
while the Alkaline Batteries are present in it, else the unit will
explode!

8. PANEL AND KEY DETAILS

 There is an ON/OFF switch at the top of the unit.

 The unit has 5 keys with 2 indicators.
 Display – When the unit is turned On for the first time, the unit
shows a disease name followed by its Frequency, subsequently
followed by the Timer status – On/Off.

Bottom panel details

 The bottom side of the unit has 2 sockets – The left one for 12V
power adaptor and the right one to connect the wire output to the
metal rods through RCA port.

9. CONTROLS
KEY FUNCTION
Menu key is used to select mode of operation. There are
4 modes of operation:
1. Pre-installed disease mode
2. Frequency mode
3. Favourite mode
MENU 4. Programmable mode
Pressing the Menu key once selects one mode; while
pressing it another time selects the next mode in
sequence.
Menu key is also used to ON/ OFF the buzzer after
selecting any particular disease in any mode only after
the Timer key in made ON
To navigate in reverse alphabetical order in “Pre-installed
disease” mode
UP To increase the value of the red highlighted numeric digit
by one in “Frequency” mode
To move upwards in the “Disease” mode
To ON the buzzer
To navigate in alphabetical order in “Pre-installed
disease” mode
To decrease the value of the red highlighted numeric
DOWN digit by one in “Frequency” mode
To move downwards in the “Favourite” and “Disease”
mode
To OFF the buzzer
To see the list of diseases in alphabetical/ reverse
alphabetical order in “Pre-installed disease” mode
To select a digit in the “Frequency” mode. The selected
SET digit gets highlighted in red. By pressing the Set key, the
cursor moves in forward direction
To set the value of desired frequencies in “Disease”
mode
To ON or OFF Timer.
TIMER
When the Timer is ON, frequency dose commences from
the device output through the metal rod.

GREEN LED Indicates that the “Timer” is ON

RED LED Indicates that the device is charging. Once fully charged,
it shall turn Off on its own

10. HOW TO USE PME FREQUENCY GENERATOR

 First of all, set up the accessories of the frequency generator.
Insert the metal rods in the main unit of the frequency generator.
 Press the switch at the top of the unit to start the frequency
generator.
 Press the “Menu” key to select the mode of operation.
 Select the desired disease as per requirement and hold the metal
rods tightly in each hand.
 Press the “Timer” key to start the frequency dose. This turns On
the green LED and frequency starts flowing from the generator
to your body through the metal rods. The green LED turns Off
when the frequency flow stops.
 Buzzer can be used at the user’s discretion while taking the
frequency dose. Press the “Menu” key after the “Timer” key is
made On (after any disease or frequency dose is selected) and
press the “Up/Down” key to “On/Off’ the buzzer respectively.
Once the user turns the buzzer On, it turns Off automatically
when the frequency flow stops.
 To exit any mode, press the “Menu” key.
Important: One would hardly feel anything while taking the dose.
Sometimes a tingling sensation is felt. The Green LED turns Off
automatically and the buzzer would also stop once the set
frequency dose finishes.

11. MODES OF OPERATION

PME Frequency Generator is designed with four modes of
operation. These modes can be selected through “Menu” button.
The modes have been explained as below:
1. Pre-installed Disease Mode -

In this mode, the user can select a particular disease and the
Frequency Generator has a set of already programmed frequencies
for curing it. There are predefined set of frequencies for 680
diseases.

 To execute this mode, select a particular disease and press the

“Timer” key. This turns On the Green LED.
 All the frequencies present in any particular disease shall be
executed 3 minutes each.
 To skip any particular frequency, press the “Up” key to move to
the next pre-programmed frequency of that disease. Remember
that this feature does not support “Down” key to go backwards
on earlier frequency.
 Buzzer can be used if required.
 PME Frequency generator has all the diseases lined up in
alphabetical order. The frequencies for balancing the SEVEN
CHAKRAS have been placed at the end of all diseases.
Making your disease search easy through an example:
To search for ‘Fever’ disease in the ‘Pre-installed disease’
mode,
First of all we assume that the screen is currently showing
the disease ‘Abdominal Inflammation’,
 Press “Set” key once and then press “Down” key. The screen
will immediately show the disease whose first letter is ‘B’ while
skipping the other diseases whose first letter is ‘A’. Keep on
pressing the “Down” key until you reach the disease with first
letter ‘F’ i.e. ‘Facial Paralysis’.
 Press the “Set” key again and then press the “Down” key. The
screen moves to the next disease in sequence starting with the
letter ‘F’ i.e. ‘Fatigue General’. Then keep on pressing the
“Down” key until you reach ‘Fever’.

Note:
While searching for a disease, user can use both “Up/ Down” keys
to move in reverse alphabetical/ alphabetical” order respectively.

2. Frequency Mode –

In this mode, the user can set the desired frequencies manually
from upto 1 Hz to 999.999 kHz and take the dosage for 3 minutes
by starting the Timer. Buzzer can also be set if required.

How to set frequencies in frequency mode:

 Press the “Set” key. This would select the left most digit by
highlighting it in Red.
 Press “Up/ Down” key to increase/decrease the value of red
highlighted numeric digit by one respectively.
 Press the “Set” key to select the next right hand side digits
sequentially.
PME Frequency Generator is designed to give frequencies in kHz
i.e. in multiples of 1000Hz. The formula for converting
frequencies given in Hz is, 1000 Hz = 1kHz.
For example, to set 9 Hz, set the display at
000.009kHz. To set 99 Hz, set the display 000.099
kHz. To set 999 Hz, set the display at 000.999 kHz.
Likewise, you can set any desired frequencies.

3.Favourite Mode –

PME Frequency Generator allows the user to set up to 5 diseases

from the pre-installed diseases in the Favourite list. This enables
easy access to the frequently used diseases by any user.
How to set a disease as ‘Favourite’
 Select any disease from the “Pre-installed disease” mode first.
 Press the “Up” and “Down” key together to copy the disease in
Favourite Mode.
 To delete a disease name from this list, select the disease and
press the “Up” and “Down” key together in the Favourite Mode.

 Please note that in this mode, the “Up” key does not work to
select the favourites.
 After you start taking frequency dose of any disease in the list of
‘Favourite’, the next disease in the list starts automatically.

4. Programmable Mode –

This mode enables the user to program 5 new diseases of their

choice with a set of up to 10 new frequencies each. Thus, up to 50
more frequencies can be added.

 In this mode, the selected disease number appears in RED

Colour
 Press the “Up/Down” key to select a particular disease number
 In the desired disease number, press the “Set” key to open the
list of frequencies.
 Use “Up” & “Down” key to select the frequencies.
 Press “Set” key again to assign frequencies in kHz. Any
frequency from 1 Hz to 999.999 kHz can be set.
 After programming a particular disease, select the disease and
press the “Timer” key to start the frequency dosage. To select a
different disease, press the “Timer” key to turn Off the current
frequency dosage and then press the “Menu” key.

12. HOW TO RECHARGE?

PME Frequency Generator (Ver.-20.6.2) has 3 internal 1.2V

rechargeable batteries. To recharge the unit, plug-in the adaptor
with the adaptor pin present on the bottom side of the frequency
generator. The Red LED remains On when the frequency generator
is charging. Charge the Frequency Generator for 2 hours. If the
unit is charged for 2 hours, it is capable of operating up to 6 hours.

13. WARNING!
PME frequency generator should not be used by pregnant ladies
and people wearing pacemaker.
 Always seek the advice of a medical professional in case of any
health issues.
 Do not overuse or abuse the frequency generator.
 Handle the unit with care.
 Do not use whilst in water.
 Don’t use inflammable sprays for cleaning the frequency
generator. A dampened cloth in a weak soap solution may be
used for cleaning.
