Introduction

My favorite and popular dish is "papa a la huancaina"

This dish has a lot of protein, vitamins. It is healthy tasty and easy to prepare,

Potato has a lot of high nutritional value.

Ingredients
- three eggs
- four potatoes
- 4 chili pepper
- 300 gr Cheese
- 1 spoons Salt
- ½ cup oil
- three soda crackers
- A medium jar of milk
- 10 olives

Preparation
First wash and parboil potatois for or 20 minutes.
Second peel and cut the potatoes season with a little salt.
Next put in a small pot the eggs and let them boil.
Cream, put a small jar of milk in ablender cheese and the two,packages of cookies.
After add a tablespoon of oil,salt and pepper in the blending.
After that crush the potato and make balls.
finally we put lettuce, the cream on the potato and decorate with olive and egg
