15 Years in the Making: It all began 15 years ago with a vision and a burning passion for
creating something extraordinary when we purchased our first

Crafting a Legacy tugboat and barge, TB Nusa I & BG Cakrawala I in 2010.

What started as a humble venture has blossomed into a journey of

remarkable growth, resilience, and unwavering dedication to deliver
value to our partners.

Today, we are proud to be the region’s leading company with over

30 fleets and 2 supramax vessels.

2008 MAIDEN VOYAGE Embark on our first journey in the
shipping and maritime industry
with TC barges.

2010 A MILESTONE ACHIEVEMENT Acquired the first set of tug and barges:
TB Nusa I & BG Cakrawala I.

2016 EXPANDING HORIZONS Owned and operated 6 sets of

tugs and barges

2019 SCALING NEW HEIGHTS Operates a total of 25 sets of tugs and

barges and owns 18 sets of 300-foot
tugs and barges.

2023 FUELING GROWTH Expanding our assets towards bigger

barges, adding 20 more 330-foot
tugs and barges and also owning 2
supramax.
