    > Please transport patient to ward once stable

    > Please incorporate 20 units Oxytocin to present IVF

    > ivf tf: D5LR 1L @30 gtts/min

    MEDS:

    1. Cefuroxime 500 mg tab , 1 tab BID PO

    2. Mefenamic acid 500 mg tab, 1 tab TID PO

    3. MV+ FESO4 cap, 1 cap OD PO

    4. Oxytocin 1 amp IM now

    > Perineal CARE BID

    > IE prior to discharge

    > For Family Planning Counseling prior to discharge

    > Initiate Breastfeeding

    > Refer accordingly
