INTRODUCTION
God's people around the world are experiencing a time of reformation that is
being led by the same hand of the heavenly Father and his Divine presence. This
reform was prophesied since ancient times, whose main objective is that the people
of the heavenly Father be restored, that is, brought to the design that God
established for man from the very beginning. (Acts 3:21)

This reform is much deeper than many have thought, since it is touching the
structures that have given shape, identity, sustenance and functioning to the people
of God since the first century. If you analyze, you will be able to realize that from
the pulpits a vocabulary has begun to be used that, as time goes by, adjusts more
and more to the prophetic word of reform for this end time. Surprisingly, after so
many centuries of confusion and error, the Bible is being given the correct
interpretation and a freshness that it has not had since the birth of the Kehilah
(Hebrew assembly) or church as it is called in the Greek New Testament .

This reform is leading us to align ourselves with the message that the
Messiah ministered when he was on earth, with which he caused great commotion
among the people and especially among those who believed themselves to be the
teachers of the scriptures, because it destroyed what they and his parents had
taught for centuries. The Messiah, as he himself said, did not come to abolish the
law or what had been revealed, but to give it the correct interpretation in order to
produce the profound reform that was prophesied.

Now, the question is, What is producing this current reform? Where do all these
structural and substantial changes come from? The answer is found in the
scriptures and in the reforms that the people of God have had to live through. since
its beginnings in the different periods of its history. Every time the Father made a
reform, He began it with the revelation of His will. The prophet Daniel was one of
those who prophesied an increase in revelation in the end times. "But you, Daniel,
shut up the words and seal the book until the time of the end. Many will run to and
fro, and science will increase." Daniel 12:4.

The word “science” in Hebrew is “Daat” which means: knowledge, understanding,

revelation of the meaning or spirit of the scriptures. This announcement that
knowledge or that revelation would be increased can also be found in Habakkuk
2:14 “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of YHVH, as the
waters cover the sea.”

Every time any man or woman was given revelation from the Eternal, their lives

changed and they became the instrument through which a reformation came. The
reason for this is that God's revelation has the power to open the eyes and give
sight to the blind, open the spiritual dimension so that human and natural
circumstances can be modified, produce radical and profound changes in man,
territories and time.

The scriptures record several cases that let us see this very clearly. One of the
examples we have was what King Josiah experienced when he found YHVY's
“book of the law” in the temple. Upon reading it, one could realize the condition of
sin into which the people had fallen for having departed from the commandments of
the Eternal, which led them to begin a reform that would lead the people to what
God had established. (2 Kings 22 and 23).

Today, God's people are undergoing a reformation that is absolutely necessary,

because for these last 1800 years we have lived apart from our true identity, origin,
heritage, and purpose. We owe this, of course, to the satanic plan and also to many
men who, in their ignorance, allowed themselves to be used in this task. Another
reason why we have been diverted from the truth of God has been the poor
translations and interpretations that we have had of the scriptures in their different
versions. In which, what has prevailed has been Greek and Roman thought that is
totally far from Hebrew thought, in which the sacred writings were originally
recorded.

This seminar and manual, “The Intercessor and The True Spiritual Warfare,” have
been designed with the objective of assisting in this reform process that we are
going through. It is our objective that the theology that has prevailed for centuries
be confronted, questioned, so that the prevailing desire to review, scrutinize and
study the scriptures in depth is born in you, which will give way to the Divine
Presence in your life, and you have a new understanding of them and experience
the powerful effects of the revelation. This will bring about the changes that are
necessary for Him to fully enjoy His identity, heritage and purpose and for all His
offices and operations within the Kingdom to bring to manifestation the final glory
that is prophesied.

In this manual we will study the prophetic intercessor and true spiritual warfare. We
will make an interpretation of the armor of God, which the apostle Paul speaks of in
Ephesians 6, since the misinterpretation of this passage distorted our true identity
as children of the Eternal Father and as citizens of a priestly kingdom. Another
thing he did was that he changed the character of our office before God and men,
making us put our eyes on the enemy and his work and not on the one who called
us and separated us to fulfill his mission, a priestly ministry. and prophetic for these

last times. This has caused us to waste our time with Satan and his demons in the
supposed “spiritual war” that many are fighting against him, which was already
fought and won by the Messiah in his first coming. And as if that were not enough,
this has also distanced us from our true inheritance which has worn us down
physically, emotionally and spiritually, making us unfruitful for the Kingdom of our
heavenly Father.

We hope that the revelation that the Eternal has imparted to us also produces a
profound awakening in you, leading you to become part of this new generation that
is being raised, which is like the tribe of Issachar; understood in the times, knows
what to do and has credibility in the world.

Chapter I
WHO IS A PROPHETIC INTERCESSOR?
It is very important that we define what a prophetic intercessor is so that we can
then understand his office or the role he has within the Heavenly Kingdom, his
position against Satan and his demons and his responsibility before humanity.
Many conjectures have been made about this topic that have distorted biblical truth
and have led many children of God into error, taking them away from their true
identity, heritage and purpose, which has manifested great physical, emotional and
spiritual exhaustion. in many believers and as a result their works are fruitless for
the Kingdom. But nevertheless, the scriptures are clear on this subject and can
show us the truth that sets us free from error.

The first thing we must remember is that Yahshua HaMashiach (Jesus Christ) is the
only prophetic intercessor who was accepted before God and that his mediatory
work is complete before the supreme heavenly court.

1 Timothy 2:5 “For there is one God, one mediator between God and men,
the man Jesus Christ.”

And in Hebrew 7: 23-25 “And the other priests became many, because
because of death they could not continue; but this one (Jesus Christ),
because he endures forever, has an immutable priesthood; Therefore He is
also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him,

always living to intercede for them.”

He became the supreme “prophetic intercessor” because he accomplished the

following:

• Represent Elohim before humanity as the Messiah and humanity before

Elohim as the “Ben Adam” the son of Man or the “last Adam” that is, Jesus
the Christ or rather Yahshua HaMashiaj.
• As the “Last Adam” would come to do what the first Adam should have done,
establish the design that the heavenly Father gave him when creating him.
Genesis 1:26-28
• According to John 1:18 Yahshua came to reveal the heavenly Father to us to
break man's orphanhood and its consequences, lack of identity, inheritance
and purpose. “No one has ever seen YHVH “God”; the only begotten Son,
who is in the bosom of the Father, he has made him known.”
• Stand between us and YHVH (God), to reconcile us to Him and return us to
His Kingdom or original design.
• Fight the war against Satan and win it to redeem us and give us back the
rule over this earth that was given to us, but Adam had lost it and Yahshua
regained it.

Understanding the intercessory work of the Messiah and why it was prophetic is
what gives us the foundation of why all his disciples are prophetic intercessors and
this allows us to fulfill the mandate that He gave us.

The term “prophetic intercession” according to the scriptures only applies when our
actions are an extension of the work of the Messiah as intercessor and mediator
and are fully adjusted to the will established by the Father before the foundation of
the world. This is why Yahshua constantly said that he did not do his own will or
works, but the will and works of his Father. This is what made him a true prophetic
intercessor. He never sought to do His own will or change the Father's dispositions,
on the contrary, He sought for His will to be established. Therefore the Eternal
Father will not honor any intercessor or intercession, nor will he accept any
mediator or mediation, who is not aligned with the work of the Messiah.

Now understanding the above, we can define more precisely who a prophetic
intercessor is and what his functions are.

Biblically the prophetic intercessor is:

• Who gives continuity to the intercessory work of the Messiah. 1Cor. 12

• Someone who has been redeemed, justified, by the merits of Yahshua, the
Messiah, and who has been constituted as a legitimate and legal son of the

5

heavenly Father, and a citizen of His Kingdom. 1Pet. 2:9

• Someone who by faith has put on the spiritual or priestly garments with
which the heavenly Father clothed Yahshua. Eph. 6
• Someone who has received the Ruach Hakodesh (ES). 1 Cor. 3:16
• An instrument so that what has been prophesied has full fulfillment or
manifestation, this is what has been designed, established, decreed before
the foundation of the world by the heavenly Father. 1Pet. 2:9
• A legislator who binds or looses, allows or prohibits both the flow of the
heavenly Kingdom and paralyzes the satanic Kingdom. Matthew 16:19
• One that establishes the Kingdom of the heavenly Father and all its
components (the culture, the legislations and the system of government) on
the earth. Matthew 28:18-19
• A forger of culture. Face with the revelation of the Eternal, the mental
strongholds that are in man so that they can be destroyed, uprooted and can
be replaced by the will of the heavenly Father. 2 Cor. 10:3-5
• The one who breaks man's orphanhood and its consequences by revealing
the heavenly Father. Eph. 2:1-10
• The one who denounces man's path of error and points out the path of life
and truth. 2 Tim. 4:2-3

As we can see, prophetic intercession is not the work of a few within the Kingdom,
or of a small group of intercessors, but the office of ALL of God's people on earth.
This is a truth that has to be embraced, since we are living in a time where the
manifestation of the children of God as prophetic intercessors is demanded and
demanded, because it is decisive and preponderant in the present and future world.

Chapter II

THE TRUE ARMOR OF ELOHIM (GOD)

EPHESIANS 6:10-18

“Finally, my brothers, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty strength. Put on the
whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil, for
we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual hosts of
wickedness. in the celestial regions. Therefore take up the whole armor of God,
that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having finished all, to stand.
Stand firm, then, with your waist girded with truth, clothed with the breastplate of
righteousness, and shod with your feet with zeal to announce the gospel of peace.
Above all, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the fiery
darts of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit,
which is the word of God. Pray at all times with all prayer and supplication in the
Spirit, and be vigilant therein with all perseverance and supplication for all the
saints, and for me, that a word may be given to me when I open my mouth, that I
may openly make the mystery known. of the gospel.”

Many of the teachings, discipleship materials and courses on "spiritual warfare" that
exist today have been designed using this chapter mentioned above, stating that
the apostle Paul used knowledge of Hellenic culture and the use of the figure of a
soldier Roman to explain what the “armor of God” is, what is the nature with which
He clothes his children and determine what are the offices and operations of the
saints within the Kingdom. But is the image of a Roman soldier what the apostle
Shaul (Paul) really had in mind when he wrote his letter to the Ephesians?

In order to have a correct interpretation of the apostle's words, we must know the
context of the passage since this will give us light to understand the Scripture. In
the context, we find that the apostle Shaul was talking about the importance of no
longer living according to their traditions for the new converts who have risen from
among the Gentiles:

Ephesians 4:17 "This I say and insist in the Lord: that you no longer conduct
yourselves as the Gentiles conduct themselves, in the vanity of their minds."

Thus the "wild branches" must undergo a radical change in their nature to the point
of "putting aside the old man."

Ephesians 4:22 "Regarding your old way of life, put off the old self, which is
corrupted by deceitful desires,"

Ephesians 4:24"and put on the new man who was created in the likeness of
God in true righteousness and holiness."

As we can see from the context and from Paul's words in almost all of his letters,
the believer's clothing is of great importance. Since this does not refer to a physical
garment that covers the external body, but to a “spiritual garment” or “divine nature”
the correct word in Hebrew would be “neshema”. 1 which is imparted by the
heavenly Father himself through the merits of the Messiah to all his children. Just
as God provided special garments to the priests of the first covenant, which
distinguished them from the rest of the people in rank and office, likewise in the
new covenant, the children of the Eternal received a new garment (nature) which
was the one that Yahshua received. , the Messiah establishing himself as high
priest; which is imparted to all who are part of God's chosen people.

The apostle Shaul, when writing to those in Rome, spoke of "putting on the armor
of light" (Rom. 13:12) and later stating that the "armor of light" was the garment of
the Messiah himself. Shaul says: "put on the Lord Yahshua HaMashiach" (Rom.
13:14). Every student of the Scriptures who is familiar with Hebrew poetry is familiar
with the concept of poetic parallelism, a tool of language used as a method of
developing a concept by expressing a thought in one verse and explaining it with a
parallel in a subsequent verse. Thus, "the clothing of the armor of light" of the first
thought is explained in the second thought, "put on the Lord Yahshua
HaMashiach." Consequently, the garment of light is the garment of Yahshua.
Therefore, Shaul has in mind not just any clothing.

On the other hand, when writing to the Colossians, which dates back to before the
letter to the Ephesians, Shaul said, Col 3:12 "Therefore, as God's chosen ones,
holy and beloved, put on deep compassion, kindness , of humility, of meekness
and of patience".

So what is this garment that Paul is talking about? According to verses 12 and 13 it
is a garment of "holiness, love, mercy, kindness, humility, patience and
forgiveness." In this way, the garment of light, the garment of Yahshua, comprises
each of these mentioned qualities.

In this way, the letter to the Ephesians, after the letter to the Romans and the
Colossians, deals with the matter again. But when he explains the characteristics of
this garment, Shaul adds a new element regarding the garment: justice. This is
what the apostle says: "and put on the new man who was created in the likeness of
God in righteousness and holiness of truth." Ephesians 4:24.

Characteristics of the Messiah's clothing:

As we can see, Yahshua's garment consists of several pieces, but where did the
idea come from to explain the Messiah's garment in parts? Paul's idea is based on
the fact that the garment of the Messiah had already been prophesied, shown and
taught through the garment that the Eternal commanded Moses to make for the
high priest. This is why every part and detail of the vestments of this Aaronic
priesthood spoke prophetically of the work, the office, the anointing, the character
and the inheritance that the Messiah would come to fulfill and leave. Let us read
YHVH's specifications to Moses regarding priestly vestments:

Exodus 28:3-4 “And you shall speak to all the wise of heart, whom I have filled
with the spirit of wisdom, to make Aaron's garments, to consecrate him to be my
priest” The garments they will make are these: the breastplate, the ephod, the
cloak, the embroidered tunic, the miter and the belt. "So make sacred garments
for Aaron your brother, and for his sons, to be my priests."
As we can see, the High Priest's vestment was composed of several parts, which
are what the apostle Shaul (Paul) has in mind in Ephesians 6:10-17, when
describing the “armor of God.” We must consider very seriously the following truth,
Shaul was not thinking of a Roman soldier when he described the “armor of God”
but rather in his mind was the image of the garment of the high priest who was
established in the time of Moses, since This was a shadow and type of the garment
of the Messiah and of all the People of the Eternal. The reason why many of God's
people have not seen this truth has been because throughout the centuries bad
translations have reigned, based on the great influence of Greek and Roman
thought in the different versions of the Bible. And it is precisely this influence that
makes us interpret Shaúl's thoughts and words wrongly. (Who was a Jew, a
Pharisee, trained entirely in the Torah), and establish that he, by using the word
“armor”, was linking it to the image of a Roman soldier. When in reality, this was
just a metaphor that referred to the clothing that God gave to the Messiah and later
to all his children.

You may wonder, what does it matter if Shaul was referring to a Roman soldier's
armor or the high priest's vestments? Let me tell you that from this misinterpretation
doctrines have been born that have led the people of God to great errors, not to
mention horrors. This misinterpretation of what Paul was revealing distorted our
true identity as children of the Eternal and citizens of a priestly kingdom, changed
the character of our office before God and men, causing us to focus our eyes on
the enemy and his work and not in the one who called us and separated us to fulfill
his assignment. This has caused us to waste time with Satan and his demons in
the supposed “spiritual war” that we are fighting against him, which was already
fought and won by the Messiah in his first coming. And if that were not enough, it

has distanced us from our true inheritance, which has worn us down physically,
emotionally, and spiritually, making us unfruitful for the Kingdom of our heavenly
Father.

Reinterpreting the “Armor of God”. Ephesians 6:14-16

If we want to free ourselves from the consequences of this misinterpretation, we

must seek to reinterpret the words of the apostle Shaúl and align them with the
scriptures, and to do so, we must seek the truth of the Father, which is established
in the scriptures themselves. Next we will study the priestly vestments, each of its
parts and its Messianic meaning and we will make a parallel with what Paul reveals
to us in Ephesians 6, about the armor of God and thus we can have a biblical
interpretation of this passage.

Knowing the Vestments of the High Priest.

Exodus 28:3-4 “And you shall speak to all the wise of heart, whom I have filled with
the spirit of wisdom, to make Aaron's garments, to consecrate him to be my priest”
The garments they will make are these: the breastplate, the ephod, the cloak, the
embroidered tunic, the miter and the belt. "So make sacred garments for Aaron
your brother and for his sons, so that they may be my priests."

The parts of the Sumo clothing

Priest, according to Exodus 28:4-

Here we find the pieces of the garment

priesthood and the order in which they were to be
set:

^ Mijnasaim=Shorts tight over the

navel.
^ Ketonet = tunic
^ Avnet = belt
^ Meil = cassock
^ Ephod = apron with handles
^ Joshen =breastplate of judgment
^ Mitznefet =Turban
^ Tzitz =Gold plate

When the priest was dressing, he placed the

tunic that covered him down to his feet over his body. Then over this, he placed a
shorter mantle or tunic of fine embroidered linen. Immediately on top of the above, the
Ephod was placed. Although there is dispute about how large it was, some authorities
claim that it was certainly not a long garment, but rather like a kind of vest with a strap
around its lower edge tied in front (Jizzkuni 28:27) or some kind of vest backwards, tied
at the back with an opening in front to support the breastplate (Sidur of Saadia Gaon).
Josephus in Antiquity 3:7:5 confirms the mentioned authorities

1

Dr. Jorge Porras Benedetti - Licda. Paola Santamaría de Porras

but like a garment with sleeves. In conclusion, the Ephod covered the front and back
of the High Priest.
A special belt, in the form of two straps, kept the ephod in place and also served to
support the breastplate, the key piece. Once the breastplate was in place, the only
visible part of the ephod was the back part that covered the entire back of the High
Priest. The last piece of the priestly vestment was the turban on his head with the
gold plate.

It was a garment of Light. As precious materials were used in the making of these
pieces, mainly gold and precious stones, when the High Priest entered the
tabernacle, the sunlight produced a magnificent reflection that immersed him as in
a garment of light. Thus fulfilling what Ex 28:2 says, which defines holy garments
as glorious and beautiful. The Hebrew term for "glory" is Kavod. So splendid were
these vestments that the Talmud relates (Yoma 69a) that the great Greek
conqueror, Alexander the Great, when he met the High Priest, bowed before him in
reverence and assured that wherever he was and won a battle, the image of the
High Priest clothed in his holy vestments would appear to him as a vision.

Thus, in Second Temple Judaism, sacred vestments were related to light, as the
"glory and splendor" that came from Elohim. Would it be strange, then, that Shaul,
a rabbi trained by Gamaliel among the Pharisees of the first century, referred to the
believer's clothing as "the weapons of light" as we already saw in Rom.13:12?

The breastplate of justice: The Priest's Breastplate

Ephesians 6:14 “Therefore stand firm, having girded

your loins with truth, having put on the breastplate of
righteousness.” When the Apostle Paul, or Rav Shaul,
speaks about the breastplate of righteousness, on
what basis does he make this statement? As we
carefully examine the vestments of the high priest, we
can understand the language used by Rav. Shaul.

The breastplate was placed on the Ephod, which was called the "breastplate of
judgment or of doing justice," from Heb. tsadaq tsedaqah, according to Ex 28:15. In
First Temple Judaism, this piece of Aaron's clothing, whose Hebrew name is Josem
Mishpat, that is, the breastplate of decision, sentence or judgment, was considered
the symbolic clothing of divinity. Indeed, in Isaiah 59:17, the prophet declared: "He
put on the breastplate of righteousness, and put the helmet of salvation on his
head." Clearly, there were no Roman soldiers when Isaiah gave us this revelation!
Why was the breastplate compared to justice? The answer is in Ex 28:30 which
tells us that inside the breastplate of judgment or justice were placed two stones

1
2

“The Intercessor and True Spiritual Warfare”
Dr. Jorge Porras Benedetti - Licda. Paola Santamaría de Porras

given to Moses and later to Aaron: The Urim and Thummim.

Rashi, one of the most important commentators on the Torah in the Middle Ages,
stated that he had received from his teachers that the Urim and the Thummim were
not manufactured pieces like the rest of the parts of the Tabernacle, but rather two
stones containing the sacred name. of Elohim. Consequently, it was the justice of
Elohim, which would always reveal the will of the Lord. (Rashi, Shemot, Vol. 2,
Meshorah Publications, NY, 1983).

Now, in First Temple Judaism it was taught that the sacred name of the Lord was
related to his Justice and his Mercy. The prophet Jeremiah predicts a day when the
Lord would raise up his Messiah, from the house of David, to do "judgment and
justice" on the earth (Jer 23:5), that is, to manifest the will of the Lord as it was
done by the high priest through the Urim and the Thummim which contained the
sacred name of the Lord.

However, the prophet went further to state that the name of the Messiah would be
exactly the same as the sacred name of Adonai. This is what the prophet said: Jer
23:6 "In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell safely: and this will be
his name that they will call him: YHVH, OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS." As we know,
Yahshua is the high priest of the coming inheritance, not according to the order of
Aaron, but according to the order of Melchizedek (Heb 6:20; 9:11). As high priest,
he is our righteousness, our Urim (Light, Luminary), and Thummim (Perfect Guide).
Therefore, Shaul could speak of this "breastplate of righteousness" as the "garment
of the Messiah" to say with complete propriety: "put on the garment of our Lord
Yahshua the

Messiah", because Yahshua as our high priest carries upon himself the justice that
he imparted to us through faith in Him and that we enjoy today. 2 Cor. 5:21 “He
made him who knew no sin to be sin for us, so that we might be the righteousness
of God in him.”

The Shield of Faith: The Priest's Breastplate

Ephesians 6:16 “Above all, take up the shield of faith,

with which you can quench all the fiery darts of the evil
one” Where did the Apostle Paul or Shaul get the
idea of a shield of faith? If we look at the High
Priest's vestment we will see that his teaching
comes from this vestment. As we said, on the
breastplate, where the stones were, the Urim and
the Thummim, the Lord ordered to place 12
precious stones, symbolizing the twelve tribes of
Israel (Exodus 28:15-21).
These twelve stones formed a shield over the heart of the high priest and
represented Elohim's protection over the children of Israel. Note that the
breastplate protects the heart or spirit of the man. Let's read what is written in
Exodus 28:29.

“So Aaron will bear the names of the children of Israel on the breastplate of
judgment on his heart, when he enters the sanctuary, as a perpetual memorial
before YHVH.”

• What does "for a memorial before Adonai" mean?

As we read, these twelve stones placed on the breastplate or shield, were
there as a reminder or memorial before Adonai and represented the
judgment and justice that the Eternal would do to humanity, symbolized here
by the twelve tribes of Israel and that He would execute to that all justice
would be fulfilled through the Messiah “Ben Joseph” or the suffering
Messiah, prophesied and represented here in this breastplate or shield and
in the Urim and the Thummim to redeem all Israel. As we already clarified in
Jer 23:6 "In his days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell safely: and
this will be his name that they will call him: YHVH, OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS"

• An ancient targum explains it as follows: Rabbi Yoshua of Siknin said in the

name of Rabbi Levi, “Likewise, Aaron used the breastplate, as a shield, to
enter the Holy of Holies on the Day of Atonement, (Midrah Rabah Tetzaveh,
p. 456, Vol. 2 Soncino Press, NY, 1983).

• The shield of faith. It is also clearly understood when you analyze Gen 15:6
“And Abram believed in the Lord, and it was counted to him as
righteousness.” Biblical faith comes from the Hebrew term “emunah” which
in turn comes from the word “aman”, and is where the word amen comes
from. Emunah means “obedient faith, the assurance of trusting or depending
on someone.” It communicates the idea of “perseverance in the firmness
and guidance of the covenant God. The term is first used here in Gen.15:6.
“Emunah” this term indicates a faith that expresses a way of life in
accordance with what one believes, this is “attaching my life to what I
believe, obeying what I believe, doing and living according to what I believe.”
In other words, it is my daily actions that show and confirm my faith, and not
the Greek faith where my intellectual convictions are isolated from my way of
life. Many believe what the Bible says but do not live what they believe.
Just as that breastplate is a shield before Adonai to remember and do
justice by his grace towards man, likewise the emunah works and acts as a
shield that quenches and destroys every fiery dart of the enemy; when we
hear, believe, confess and act by faith based on what the revealed Word of
the Eternal says and establishes for us.

• What are the "fiery darts of the evil one"? Let us remember Job chapters 1
and 2. Who appeared before Elohim and who threw darts of accusation at
Job before Adonai? The fiery darts of the evil one on the one hand are
certainly his accusations. It is written in the last book of the Bible: Rev.12:9-
10. “And the great dragon was cast out, the ancient serpent, called the Devil
and Satan, who deceives the whole world. He was cast to the earth and his
angels were cast with him. Then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying,
“Now salvation has come, and the power and the kingdom of our God and
the authority of his Messiah, because the accuser of our brothers has been
cast out, who accused them before them. our God day and night"

Rabbi Shaul states that just as the names of the twelve tribes on the high
priest's breastplate became a shield of stones over his receptacle of the
Urim and Thummim, the righteousness of Elohim, which served as a
"memorial" of the Lord to protect them, On the basis of the atoning sacrificial
task that the high priest carried out on his behalf, so Yahshua takes us upon
his heart and imputes to us his justice (Rom. 8:33).

On the other hand, these fiery darts are his temptations. Matthew 4:3. "The
tempter approached him and said: --If you are the Son of God, command
these stones to become bread." Each temptation is like a dart of fire that

comes to destroy us, that is, so that we do evil before the Lord. Faith
becomes the shield to stop them and extinguish them. When we have faith
in the work that the Messiah constantly carries out on our behalf as high
priest, then He always lives to "intercede" for us (Heb. 7:25), we are
delivered from the fiery darts of the evil one. We do not enter before the
presence of the Lord with the shield of our merits, since the darts of
accusation of the evil one before the Lord would reach us, but with the
merits of Yahshua. So our faith in HIM becomes a "shield of faith" that
covers us against the accusations and temptations of “ha-satan”.2

The helmet of salvation: The Priest's Turban

Shaul mentions the helmet of salvation. As we have seen, the figure of "salvation"
as a helmet comes to us from the prophet Isaiah. Why do Isaiah and Shaul relate
salvation to a "helmet"? The answer is in the high priest's vestment.

As we may remember, the Lord commanded, through Moses, that a miter or turban
be made for Aaron. The Hebrew term is
"mitznefet" which is also called "migba'ah" when it
refers to the miter that Aaron's sons had to wear.
This was interpreted in the Targum 3 on Exodus
28:40 as "kov'a", that is, "helmet" or "helmet".
Hence "mitre" and "helmet" are synonyms.

This "mitre" or "helmet" that covered the head of

the high priest was secured above with a type of golden crown that bore the
following inscription: "Kodesh le-Adonai", that is, Holiness to Adonai (Ex 28:36 ).
Due to the presence of the sacred name of the Lord in the "helmet" or "mitre", it had
to be continually on Aaron's head to obtain grace before the Lord on behalf of the
people (Ex 28:38).

What was it that "saved" or "protected" the children of Israel to the point that they
could be "accepted" before the Lord? The grace of Adonai that was present when
the high priest carried out his duties in the Mishkan (tabernacle).

The Sword of the Spirit: The mouth of the High Priest.

Shaul mentions the sword of the Spirit and if we carefully examine the scriptures
2 Ha satan. In Hebrew , the biblical word ha-satan means the adversary or obstacle, or also "the persecutor"
(recognizing that God is seen as the Ultimate Judge).
3 Targum, (Hebrew : ‫ םוגרת‬, plural: tárgumim) was originally an Aramaic translation of the Hebrew Bible
produced or compiled in ancient Israel and Babylon from the Second Temple period to the early Middle Ages
(late 1st millennium). Targum also means "interpretation",

we will find the answer. Indeed, the word of the Lord is seen as a sword (Heb 4:12).
Where is the sword placed? In the mouth of the high priest because with his mouth
the high priest can repeat the sacred name of Adonai on Yom Kippur. 4 The
confession of the sacred name of Elohim made it a powerful declaration issued
from his lips. If we look carefully at the Messiah, as high priest, we will see that "out
of his mouth came a sharp double-edged sword" (Ki 1:16). As a matter of fact, the
image that appeared to Yochanan (John) on Patmos was not that of a Roman
soldier, but that of a high priest. This is what the apostle saw, (Rev. 1:12-15). From
the priest's mouth came the will of the Eternal and his holy Judgments, which are
what determined true justice.

This same authority is in us today. The words of the Eternal have been recorded in
our hearts to be proclaimed and for them to produce the effect for which the Father
did not give them. In Hebrews 4:12 it says: “For the word of God is living and
active, and sharper than any two-edged sword; and penetrates to the division of
soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and discerns the thoughts and intentions of the
heart.” As prophetic intercessors, the weapon we have to accomplish our work is
the word that has been planted in us. Since it is the same revelation of the Eternal
that changes and perfects man with the revealed word that comes out of our
mouths as priests:

• We tear down strongholds, arguments and the haughtiness that arise in the
mind of man against the will of God (II Corinthians 10:4-6). When the
revealed Word comes out of our mouths, the man who receives it is
convicted of his disobedience and led to do “teshuva” or repent of his evil
path. Let's look at what the scripture says: I Corinthians 14:23-25 “If then the
whole church is gathered together in one place, and everyone speaks in
tongues, and unlearned or unbelievers come in, will they not say that you
are mad? But if everyone prophesizes, and someone who is unbelieving or
unlearned enters, he is convinced by everyone, he is judged by everyone;
the hidden things of his heart become manifest; and so, falling on his face,
he will worship God, declaring that God is truly among you.”

We must not forget that the satanic operations that we see in operation are
because man, by not being aligned with the word of God, gives way to the
enemy and allows him to act and legitimize his actions. If man were obedient
to God and lived according to the culture of His kingdom, subject to His
system of government and under His commandments, the enemy would not
have any element of cooperation to be able to act and manifest his work. He
who walks in the path of holiness (that is, the will that the Eternal has

4 Yom Kippur, day of Atonement, forgiveness, repentance and reconciliation. In the Hebrew calendar, it is

outlined), will not be touched by the enemy (Isaiah 35:8-9).

When man is exposed to the revealed word of the Eternal, he abandons the
“path of error” and returns to the “path of holiness”, causing them to lose
their influence in the jurisdiction where Satan operates through his
representatives. This is what happened with the apostle Paul in Ephesus.
His preaching, teaching and proclamation about the Kingdom hit the cultural
lines or strokes that were established by the design of darkness (in this case
by the cult of Diana) to the point that the inhabitants of Ephesus saw him as
a threat and treated to paralyze him (Acts 17:23-41). However, he
established new cultural lines or prophetic lines in the hearts of the
inhabitants of this territory according to the design of the Kingdom and thus
expanded its jurisdiction. Her intercessory action, limiting the enemy,
affected the cult of Diana to the point that her temple in Ephesus was
destroyed and disappeared to this day.

Paul did not wage “spiritual warfare” in the air against Diana, he worked with
the men who lived in that territory, he overthrew the error of their minds by
teaching them the truth about Yahshua HaMashiach, his Kingdom, his
culture, his system of government, which produced a radical change in them.
By changing their minds, he changed their religious and cult system, which
was what allowed this principality of Diana to operate and stand.

• We legislate the natural and spiritual world. In Matthew 16:17- (The Royal
Code, Hebrew Textual Version).

“How blessed, Simon, son of Jonah, for what you have just said was not
revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father who is in heaven.
And I also tell you that you are Peter (Even), and on this rock (Evné) I will
build my community, and the gates of sheol will not prevail against it. And
I will give you the keys to the kingdom of Heaven; And whatever your
court prohibits (binds) on earth, make sure it is previously approved in
heaven and whatever you allow (loose) on earth, make sure it has been
previously decreed in my court in heaven.”

Peter had just been filled with a revelation that gave him the authority to
legislate. The father revealed to him who Yahshua HaMashiah was, and
under that revelation he had the power to allow (loose) or prohibit (bind)
according to what had already been determined in the heavenly court.
This is very important because every decree had to be aligned with
heavenly legislation. The authority that came from the impartation of the
revelation establishes him as a “DAIAN” or judge, which gave him
authority to:

• Put “boza” limits on the enemy. When we release the word that is in

us, we establish decrees that are the seal of the Eternal and that set
limits (boza) to the enemy and expand the jurisdiction of the Kingdom.
Therefore, we can say that “intercession in the priesthood is a legal
procedure.” (Dr. Jorge Porras B.) As judges, we must bind, prohibit,
correct, overthrow any form of government that wants to legislate that
has not been recognized in the heavenly court or that is walking
outside the line of the Eternal and interrupt its flow of influence about
what was created.

• Establish the culture and government system of the Kingdom. Just as

we can prohibit the flow of all illegal government, we can allow,
unleash, activate the flow of God and his Kingdom. The priest, as a
prophetic intercessor, who is mounted in the line of the Eternal, when
proclaiming the decrees of the heavenly court becomes a “transit
prosecutor” in the spiritual world who sets BOZA (limits) to the enemy
and who allows them to The jurisdiction of the Kingdom grows and the
Kingdom and all its components are manifested.

Feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace.

This translation of Reina y Valera in the 1960 version leaves us with an image of
ambiguity because the word "preparation" is an archaism whose precise meaning
we do not know today. On the other hand, the hupodeo participle "shoes" directs
our attention more to the object that covers the feet than to the feet themselves and
that, within the framework of the Roman soldier, made us think more about the type
of boots that the soldier wore and not about the act of tying the straps of sandals.

However, an analysis of the same Greek text leads us to find that the word "shoes"
does not appear but hupodeo, a word that has to do with "bind" or "tie" and refers to
tying the straps of one's sandals to one's feet. feet, which makes us remember the
words

of John the Baptist "I am not worthy to untie the straps of his sandals (of the
Messiah)".

On the other hand, the High Priest did not put on shoes to enter the most holy
place. Notice something it doesn't say: It doesn't mention anything for feet. He
walked barefoot because he was walking in a holy place (a place where God was).
The Torah prescribes that the priest had to wash his hands and feet in the
sanctuary (Ex 30:19,21). Exodus also tells us that when the Lord appeared to
Moshe (Moses) in the burning bush, Elohim ordered him to take off his shoes from
his feet (Ex 3:5). Also the Prince of the army of YHVH ordered Yehoshua (Joshua)
to take off his sandals, (Joshua 5:15) "The
Commander of the Army of YHVH answered
Joshua: Take off your sandals from your feet, for the
place where you are is holy. . And Joshua did so."

If you are before the presence of YHVH, you have to

take off your shoes from your feet, because the
shoes in the culture of those times were sandals
with straps in which they placed symbols and names
of their gods on whom they depended and
supported them. to walk and conduct oneself in life.
By ordering them to be taken away, Elohim was
telling them, now get rid of all your pagan beliefs
with your gods and depend on me, I will hold you up
and guide you along the path of truth, life and
prosperity. He is the only one who can fit us properly. Now we understand when it
says in Isaiah, "How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of him who brings good
news, of him who announces peace, of him who brings good tidings of good, of him
who announces salvation, of him who says to Zion: "Your Elohim reigns!" Isa 52:7.

This also confirms to us that unlike the soldier who is always fighting with his
enemy, our job is the priesthood, which consists of being in the presence of our
Father, to intercede for His will, which when received must be exposed and
imparted to the people so that the circumstances in which they are involved can
change and be adjusted to the will of the Eternal that has been revealed. We are
literally called to be priests not soldiers to fulfill a priestly ministry and not fight a war
as soldiers; but metaphorically we are told about having the attitude of battle and
discipline of a soldier, knowing that we are fighting in the good military, as Paul said
to Timothy.

As we can see, these priestly vestments, which God himself ordered to be made for

his priests, symbolize spiritual qualities (justice, wisdom, truth, faith and prophecy),
which spoke of the ``garments'' of the future Messiah descendant of David
mentioned by the prophet Isaiah: ``A branch will come forth from the stump of
Joseph, and a shoot will sprout from his roots. The spirit of YHVH will rest on him:
the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and strength, the spirit
of knowledge and the fear of YHVH […] Justice will be the girdle of his loins, truth
the belt of his flanks'' (11 :1-5).

Then the apostle Paul reveals to us in most of his letters that these garments are
the same ones with which God's people should be dressed, especially in Ephesians
6, as we studied previously .

We have been clothed with the priestly garment of Yahshua.

As the scriptures establish, Yahshua was established as our high priest, according
to the order of Melchizedek and not according to merely human law, to raise up a
different priesthood that abrogated the previous one because of its weakness and
ineffectiveness and to become surety of a new and better covenant to save
perpetually those who draw near to God through it, always living to intercede for
them. This priestly change suited us because he abolished the continuous sacrifice
of animals by presenting himself as a perfect sacrifice once and for all and bringing
peace between God and men. (Hebrews 5:4-6, 7:14-28).

But it is not only that He was established as high priest, but that all those who are
part of God's people and who have been justified and redeemed by His sacrifice,
He restores them to the Kingdom of the heavenly Father as priests, dressing them
in His same garments. , that is, of their own holy and perfect nature and thus they
can reign eternally with Him. Read carefully these verses where He emphasizes
our ministerial office, which is none other than a royal priesthood.
1 Peter 2:9 “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation,
God's own people, that you may proclaim the praises of him who called you
out of darkness into his marvelous light.”

Revelation 1:6 “and made us a priestly kingdom for God his Father, to him
be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen” Textual Bible

Revelation 5:10 “You have made us a kingdom of priests for our God, and
we will reign on the earth.” (Textual Bible)

Revelation 20:6 “Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first

priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.”

The scriptures let us see clearly that the idea that ALL the people of Elohim were a
priestly kingdom did not begin from the resurrection of Yahshua and Him becoming
the Great High Priest, but from before the foundation of the world and that is why
When he created Adam, he gave him a priestly kingdom so that he could govern
and minister before Him as a priest and be a prophet to the nations. The Eternal
revealed to Moses, after he brought the people out of Egypt, that His will was for
the entire people of Israel to be a “kingdom of priests”, however due to the sin of
the people, the priesthood was designated to a single tribe. , to that of Levi for
being the only tribe that repented before the Eternal. According to Exodus 32 and
the proof of this royal priesthood we have in Exodus 19:3-6:

“And Moses went up to God; And Yahweh called to him from the mountain,
saying, Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and declare to the children
of Israel: You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I took you on
the wings of eagles, and brought you to myself. . Now therefore, if you will
give ear to my voice, and keep my covenant, you will be my special treasure
above all people; because all the earth is mine. And you will be to me a
kingdom of priests, and holy people. These are the words that you will say to
the children of Israel."

As we can see, the priesthood was for ALL tribes, for the entire people of Israel and
not just for the tribe of Levi. But because of sin, the unfaithfulness of the people,
only the tribe of Levi was left working in a more direct way in the tabernacle
(Exodus 32:21 34), and from among the Levites, only from the line of Kohath, for
Levi had three sons: Kohath, Gershom, and Merari; and from the line of Kohath
came Aaron and only Aaron and his descendants became priests. That is to say,

Elohim wanted to do the work with everyone but he had to do it only with a group,
with a remnant.

But the plan that the Eternal had from the beginning with his people was not
aborted from His heart, on the contrary, with the coming of the Messiah and his
redemptive work was when it would be fulfilled since he would restore us and take
us to our true identity and to fulfill the office of the priesthood under a new
covenant, putting on his nature, his priestly vestment. This is why the sacred
garments of the priesthood of Aaron and his sons were only a figure and type of
this priesthood and His heavenly garment, which would be imparted to us by the
Messiah.

This priestly vestment allows us:

• Live permanently before the presence of our heavenly Father to contemplate

Him and intercede for His will for men. Hebrews 6:19
• To be representatives of the Eternal before man to impart to them the
revealed prophetic word so that they can be reconciled with Him. I Peter 2:9
• Be the justice of God on earth. 2 Cor. 5:21

Chapter III

IS THE WAR AGAINST SATAN CURRENT?

There are two primary errors when talking about “spiritual warfare.” One, ignoring
revealed biblical truth and two, teaching something that has an extra-biblical source
or that has no foundation in the scriptures, which in the end amounts to the same
thing.
It is ignorance or the lack of knowledge and revelation that leads the people to
perish, the Lord makes it known to us with crystal clarity through the prophet
Hosea. “My people were destroyed because they lacked knowledge. Because you
have rejected knowledge, I will cast you out of the priesthood; Since you have
forgotten the law of your God, I will also forget your children.” Hosea 4;6
We know that we are in the middle of a great spiritual battle, I said battle, not war,
which is real and we must not be ignorant about the enemy and give him an
advantage, which the Apostle Paul warns us in 2 Cor. 2:11 “… so that Satan does
not gain any advantage over us, since we are not ignorant of his schemes” and at
the same time he tells us in 1Co 12:1 “I do not want you to be ignorant, brothers,
about spiritual gifts.”
Communication, whether gestural or oral, hieroglyphic or modern, visual or virtual,
has laws, rules and norms, and whoever violates them carries consequences for
their ignorance; The meaning of words is of supreme importance, especially when
you have to define and conceptualize a biblical doctrine. This is why we are going
to conceptualize the word “War” within its biblical context and this will allow us to
know what war we must fight and what our true enemy is.

When we talk about a war, it is understood that there are at least two opposing
parties, each of which tries to impose its will on the other through physical or
spiritual force. Its purpose is to defeat the opponent and incapacitate him so that he
cannot continue his resistance. War constitutes, therefore, an act of force that is
carried out to force the adversary to obey the will of the other. The Messiah
Yahshua already did this. Let's see what the word says:

o Colossians 2:14-15 “He annulled the writing of the ordinances that was
against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way by nailing it
to the cross. And he stripped the principalities and the authorities and made
a public display of them, triumphing over them on the cross.”
o I John 3:8b “And for this purpose the Son of God appeared, to destroy the
works of the devil.”

or Romans 8:37-39. “But in all these things we are more than conquerors
through him who loved us. For I am sure that neither death nor life, neither
angels nor principalities nor powers , neither things present nor things to
come, neither height nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to
separate us from the love of God, which It is in Christ Jesus, our Lord.”

o Hebrews 2:14 “Therefore, since the children partook of flesh and blood, he
also partook of the same , to destroy through death him who had the power
of death, that is, the devil, ”

or Luke 10:19 “Behold, I give you power to tread on serpents and on scorpions,
and on all the power of the enemy, and nothing will harm you.”

How can we ignore at this point the true meaning of the sacrifice, death and
resurrection or raising of the dead of our Messiah Yahshua? The scriptures are
extremely clear regarding his total and resounding victory in the war he had against
Satan and his demons . He fought, faced him and defeated him.

Where, O death, is your sting? Where, grave, is your victory? Because the
sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law. But thanks be to God,
who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” I Cor 15:55-57

Let's analyze Colossians 2:15 for a better understanding of what Yahshua did in his
redemptive work.

"And having stripped the principalities and powers, he made a public display
of them and triumphed over them on the cross."

1. “spoiling” Gr. “apekduomai” means to strip or tear off someone's clothing to

the point of leaving them completely naked. Yahshua, totally and completely
stripped the principalities and powers and left them “naked” and in total
shame and with nothing at their disposal with which to retaliate, respond or
defend themselves against attacking.

2. “principalities” Gr. Arch, chiefs, principals, government, dominion. It is used

of celestial beings who exercise government, and who are called
“principalities”; but here in this verse the term applies to fallen and ungodly
angels as in Rom. 8:38; Cabbage. 2:15; The satanic kingdom has a
hierarchical order of authorities and government to be able to act here on
earth.

3. “powers or authorities” Gr. exousia: denotes authority (from the impersonal

verb exesti, or according to the law). Of the meaning of permission, or of
freedom to do as one pleases, of the capacity or power with which one has
been invested (e.g., Matt. 9:6; 21.23; 2 Cor. 10:8); or the power to rule or
rule, the power of one whose will and commands must be obeyed by others
(e.g., Matt. 28:18; Juan. 17:2; Jude 25; Apoc. 12:10; 17.13); but in this verse
we are studying it refers more specifically to the authority within the satanic
kingdom of certain fallen angels to whom Satan has given rank of authority
in his kingdom.

4. “Exhibit” is “deignatidzo” it means “to expose, to discover or to make

manifest, to display publicly.” "Like when a king wins a victory and publicly
shows the captives and the weapons he took from them." This was a
humiliating experience of public display that the victorious king did to
celebrate his great victory.

5. “publicly or openly” Gr. "parrhesia". This word was used when someone
wanted to make an announcement at the top of their voice with boldness
and confidence; that is, a loud, open and public celebration so that everyone
would find out and enjoy the party.

6. "Triumphing" Gr. “thriambeuo”. It means loud celebration singing and

celebrating; make an acclamation procession to conquer or give victory:
triumph, triumph. This term was used when the emperor made a triumph
parade or parade for the victory obtained over the enemy.

That's what our Messiah did when he rose from the dead, win the war. The
heavenly Father and all the archangels, angels, cherubs and seraphim witnessed
the victory of the Messiah and the great defeat of Satan and his forces; What a

great and glorious spectacle!

So where does the doctrine that says we still have a “spiritual war against
Satan” come from?
We have learned through years of study to never ignore the importance of the
meaning of words within their biblical context, and not to depend on the
concepts searched in secular dictionaries, but on biblical ones, which have
interpretations based on the texts of the languages. originals of the writings;
That is why we want to show you how this greatly helps us not fall into false
doctrines and speculations that distort the truth revealed in the scriptures.

A doctrine should not be established without a true scriptural foundation, and

without having made use of the different Jewish or Hebrew methods and levels
of biblical interpretation such as the pardes method, or the seven rules of hillel,
which were used by the Lord himself and also by the Apostle Paul and the other
apostles, to name a few, in addition to the investigation of the original texts to
extract the truth implicit in the scriptures.

This is why we ask ourselves, is there a doctrine or verse in the Bible that
speaks, teaches or mentions this supposed “spiritual war”? The contradiction
arises in part from the fact that no difference has been made between “war and
battle” and also from the misinterpretation given to these words when they
appear in the biblical text.

Difference between war and battle

War is nothing more than a duel on a larger scale than a battle, which is only
part of a war. That is why we say “just because we lose a battle does not mean
we have lost the war.” When we talk about having won a war, we are talking
about having completely conquered our enemy. There is already a winner and a
loser. It's over, the enemy is defeated, disarmed, destroyed, he has nothing to
get even with, he is completely defeated. Now when it is a battle, fight, or fight, it
does not have the significance or the repercussions that a war has. Because the
purpose of war is to defeat the adversary and incapacitate him so that he cannot
continue his resistance. From this it follows that the disarmament or destruction
of the adversary (whatever expression we choose) must always be the objective
of the military or spiritual action we have taken. Let's read what Sun Tzu, author
of “The Art of War,” said.

"War is the greatest state conflict, the basis of life and death, the Tao
(path) of survival and extinction. Therefore, it is imperative to study it

deeply"

The fact that the enemy opposes us, attacks us, tempts us, ministers
condemnation to us and that because of this we have to fight the good fight of
faith is one thing, but quite another is that I say that there is a war against him,
because that would be annulling what the Messiah did at Calvary, where He
already won and took the keys of death and Hades from Satan and stripped him
of all authority. Cabbage. 2:1415

To confirm what was said above, let's review the most used terms in the Greek
of the NT and Hebrew that are related to this topic and if in some way or form
they are also related to this supposed "spiritual war against Satan."

1. The term war from the Hebrew ִ ‫ מ ְ ל ָ ח ָ מה‬. milkjamá (in the sense of
fighting, battle (ie confrontation); generally war: attack, battle, combat,
combat, strife, war, war, warrior, fight, fight, troop. This term milkjamah
appears 313 times in the OT or Tanak, Polemos in the NT Greek is used

2. strata: Gr. War. Where does strateuo come from, to make war, It is used:
a. Literally of serving as a soldier (Luke. 3:14; 1Cor. 9:7
"Was a soldier"; 2 Tim. 2:4 "that militates") or that makes war.
b. Metaphorically, of internal spiritual conflict (2 Cor. 10:3 "we
militate"; 1Tim 1:18 “warrant the good war”; St. 4:1 "which fight
(strateuomai) in your own being"; 1Pet. 2:11 “battle”
Important note: Note very carefully the sense in which it is used in the NT,
and that it has no relation to waging war against the devil, but rather the
war or battle or internal spiritual conflict of the believer.

3. Agon: related to ago “conflict.” It is translated "battle" in 1Tim. 6:12 and 2

Tim 4:7. “fight the good fight of faith.”
4. Polemos: war. It is mistranslated as "battle" in 1Cor.14:8; Heb. 11:34
"mighty in war"; Apoc. 9:9, VM: "combat"; 12:7, VM: “war in heaven”;
16:14, VM: "war"; 20.8; VM: "war"). war; Related to polemeo,
hyperbolically, it is used of wars or private conflicts (James. 4:1).

5. sumbalo: verb. in combination with the phrase eis polemon, in war: it

does not refer to the spiritual, but the literal, of militia (Luke 14:3, KJV;
RV: "to go to war." Nothing to do with the Devil.

6. pale: hand-to-hand fight. It is used figuratively in Ephesians 6:12, of the

spiritual conflict in which believers are immersed.

fights in the arena"); (b) fight, engage in conflict (John 18:36 "they would

and temptations (1Tim. 6:12 "quarrel"; 2 Tim. 4:7 "I have fought." It is also
not related to spiritual warfare in any of the passages.

8. athleo: engaging in competition as an athlete), competing in public

games. Used in 2Tim 2:5 “wrestle like an athlete, fight.”

9. pukteuo: boxing, like in the Olympic games. It is translated “I fight” in

1Cor. 9:26

What I most want you to notice again is that all the terms directly or indirectly
refer to the war, fight, fight, conflict, battle..., that we have within us and not
against Satan.

Now just because we don't have a war against him doesn't mean we don't have
confrontations. “for we are not ignorant of their schemes,” nor of their struggles,
as Paul also tells us in Ephesians 6:12, “for we wrestle not against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the
darkness of this world, against spiritual hosts of evil in the heavenly realms.” It is
a fight, a confrontation, not to decide who is the victor, but for the victory and
authority that has been given to us, to rebuke him, to cast him out of the
jurisdiction that the Father has given us, to stop or prohibit his action, to destroy
his works and keep it under dominion in the name of Yahshua. (Luke 10:19;
Ephesians 1; 15-23; Hebrews 2:14. Matthew 10, etc.) Please put the enemy in
his place, do not give him a place that does not belong to him.

Let us remember that the forces of evil are still active on planet Earth because
man allows them to do so due to his ignorance, senselessness and foolishness.
This is what leads us to fight battles, fights, fights, conflicts BUT the enemy and
his forces have already been defeated and judged by the Messiah and they
have a day when they will be placed in prisons of darkness, in the abyss for
eternity, ( Luke 8:26-39; John 16; Rev.20:1-15). For now we continue to preach,
establishing the gospel of the heavenly Kingdom and all its components,
“fighting the good fight of faith” and when the enemy opposes us, as stated in
the scriptures, we use the revealed Word with the authority that was given to us.
delegated to put him in his place and remind him of the sentence that was
decreed by the supreme heavenly court which establishes that he will be thrown
into the lake of fire.

The importance of understanding war in biblical Israel.

War figured prominently in the pages of the Tanak or “Old Testament.”

The position of Palestine with respect to Mesopotamia and Egypt was truly axial,
central, while the existence of the great Arabian desert between these two
ancient centers of civilization further ensured that contact was almost always
through Palestine. Such contact was frequently of a hostile nature, so that
Palestine could not avoid becoming a theater of conflicts and also a spoil of war
during considerable periods of the last two millennia BC.

Added to this was the fact that the people of Israel obtained a kingdom for
themselves, by embarking on a war of conquest, and that, once established,
they had to carry out defensive wars to keep them at bay. to the Philistines, who
denied the legitimacy of the Israelites' property titles in relation to Canaan.
David's territorial conquests beyond Israel's borders were also made through
military encounters.

The imperial era did not last long, however, the divided kingdoms of Israel and
Judah soon appeared defending themselves from their immediate neighbors,
and finally from the inexorable power of Assyria and Babylon. It is not surprising,
therefore, that war figures prominently in the pages of the Tanak or AT.

II. War and Biblical faith.

In the Near East, war was generally a sacred enterprise, in which the honor of
the national god was largely at stake. The concept of the OT writers offers a
superficial resemblance to this regarding Israel's wars. The difference was that
the God of Israel was transcendent, and did not suffer the ups and downs of the
fortunes of his people. Yet he is “the God of the armies of Israel” (1 Sam. 17:45),
and is much more involved in the struggles of his people than Marduk or Ashur
were considered to be (compare 2 Chron. 20.22). God is described as a “Man of
war” (Exodus. 15.3; Isaiah. 42.13), and one of his titles is YHVH of Hosts or of
hosts.” This last description could refer to heavenly armies (1 Kings. 22.19) or to
Israelite armies (1 Sam. 17.45). It was God who led the armies of Israel into
battle (Judges. 4:14), so that the oldest account of Israelite triumphs was called
“The Book of the Battles of YHVH” (Num. 21.14). Furthermore, at all stages of
the preparations for war, Israel's dependence on its God was recognized.

First, they found out if the moment was propitious to attack (2 Sam. 5.23–24);
and then sacrifice was offered. This last preliminary requirement was considered
so vital that Saul in desperation arrogated to himself priestly privileges, to
prevent entering into the fight before he had sought the favor of the Lord (1
Sam. 13.8–12).

2

The war cry showed their faith in YVHV (Judges. 7.18, 20) and even more, it
proclaimed the presence of Adonai symbolized in the ark of the covenant (1
Sam. 4.5–6; compare the way in which the arrival of the ark at Jerusalem was
greeted, (2 Sam. 6.15). Because of the divine presence, the Israelites could go
into battle with confidence in victory (Judges. 3.28; 1 Chron. 5.22), even when
the forces of nature had to be invoked to ensure victory (Joshua. 10.11–14).

After the battle it frequently occurred that the Israelites made a “consecration” to
God, which meant that an entire city or country, with its population and
possessions, was set aside for God. No Israelite was allowed, to satisfy his
personal needs, to take possession of anything or anyone belonging to the place
on which the prohibition fell; Failure to comply with this measure gave rise to the
most horrendous consequences (Joshua. 7; 1 Sam. 15). Sometimes the
prohibition may not be as comprehensive as in the case of Jericho (Joshua.
6:18–24), but always God's right to the fruit of victory was prominent.

The anathema was God's way of punishing “the wickedness of the Amorites”
and is an essential part of the Old Testament (OT) concept of “holy war” (Gen.
15:16), Furthermore, if pagan tendencies were discovered among the Israelites
themselves, the community guilty of them was also to be subjected to anathema
(Det. 13.12–18). If the entire nation adopted behavior that was displeasing to
God, as often happened, then the agents of corresponding punishment could be
the same pagans whom God had previously disowned (Isaiah. 10.5–6; Hab.
1.5–11).

The culmination is reached at the end of the monarchical period, when Elohim
announces his intention to fight against Judah himself, siding with Babylon (Jer.
21.5–7). For a considerable time, however, the prophetic community enjoyed the
assurance of a better hope: nothing less than the eradication of war from the
face of the earth, and the inauguration of a new era of peace by the “Prince of
Peace.” Davidic (Isaiah. 9.6; compare Isaiah. 2.4; My. 4.3). The Messiah who
would come and destroy the enemy and his forces forever. But He already came
and obtained the spiritual victory over the enemy, we do not have to fight a
spiritual war that He already fought for us, we only have to obey and fulfill the
mandate to make disciples and establish His kingdom in each heart, and in His
name of passing over the enemy wherever we find him until the Messiah returns
to establish His literal kingdom forever as we will see later.

III. war tactics

At the time when Israel had no standing army the national militia was summoned
to action by the trumpet (Judges. 3:27), or through messengers (1 Sam. 11.7).

When on the offensive the Israelites placed great importance on military strategy
(Joshua. 2; 2 Kings. 6.8–12); Since there was no declaration of war at that time,
the aggressor had the greatest advantage. Expeditions generally took place in
the spring, when the roads were in better condition (2 Sam. 11.1). Tactics
naturally depended on the terrain and the number of warriors, but in general
Israelite commanders were able to take advantage of their superior knowledge
of local geography, at least when it came to defensive actions. When it came to
a direct confrontation, as was the case between Josiah and Pharaoh Necho at
Megiddo, the Israelites did not seem to have fared so well. In addition to the
trumpet, signs could be made with fire, a practice witnessed by one of the
Lachish ostraca (letters written in clay). All conventional methods of warfare are
represented in the OT; the raids (1 Sam. 14), the site (1 Kings. 20:1), and the
ambush (Joshua. 8) appear on a par with the formal battle.

Behind all these tactics and strategies of war as we can see was YHVH Sebaot,
(Jehovah of hosts), showing us that these wars were only types and shadows of
the true war that was fought in the spiritual world as it says in Zechariah 4: 6
“Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, has said YHVH of hosts” (Jehovah
of hosts) and that it would have its zenith or culmination when the Messiah
Yahshua appeared as was prophesied in Isaiah 9:7 “The length of His empire
and peace will have no limit on the throne of David and on his kingdom,
establishing it and confirming it in judgment and in justice from now on and
forever. The zeal of YHVH hosts will do this.”

IV. War in the New Testament (Brit Hadasha)

There is no direct or indirect mention in the entire New Testament that tells us
about a doctrine that teaches about spiritual warfare, nor do we see Paul or any
of the apostles talking about doing spiritual warfare in order to defeat the Devil.
They only rebuked every demon. , principality, power, or Satan himself wherever
they found him and they did this for the simple reason that the enemy was
defeated and he no longer possesses any authority over Hades, death or
anyone else because now he is the Messiah who has all authority and power in
heaven, earth and under the earth according to Philippians 2:6-11; apoc.1:18.

Yahshua said: “My kingdom is not of this world; If my kingdom were of this
world, my servants would fight” (John. 18.36) It is clear that the claim to extend
the kingdom of the Messiah by military means is not part of the ideal of the New
Testament; that was the principle that our Lord enunciated when he was before
Pilate. His words to Peter, as recorded in Matt. 26.52, cast a shadow over the
use of force, whatever the circumstances. But the child of God is a citizen of two

3

worlds, and has obligations to both; The tension between conflicting demands is
inevitable, especially considering that earthly powers have been ordained by
God and that “he bears the sword not in vain” (Rom. 13.4 Furthermore, piety
was not considered incompatible with a military career, and the soldiers who
asked John the Baptist about their supreme obligations were not incited to
desert (see Acts. 10.1–2; Luc. 3.14). We have to assume, on the other hand,
that the cause that linked Matthew, the tax collector, and Simon the Zealot as
members of the original twelve apostles required that both abandon their
previous occupations. In the gospel of the first centuries, it was generally
frowned upon for believers to pursue a military career.

The struggle of the child of God is eminently a spiritual struggle and therefore,
he has been equipped with all the “spiritual clothing” as we have taught you,
which is necessary to walk and live in the victory that the Lord gave us by
defeating the enemy. forever. Col 2:14-15; Eph. 6.10–20. It is understood from
the passage in Ephesians 6 that we must be subjected as if we were under
“military discipline” but that in reality it is spiritual discipline, and that is why the
NT abounds in instructions stated in military terms (compare 1 Tim. 1.18; 1
Peter.5.9) and in military metaphors (compare 2 Tim. 2:3–4; 1 Peter. 2.11).

The critical war was won at Calvary (Col. 2:15) and in the resurrection, so that in
a passage like Eph. 6.10–20, the accent or emphasis does not fall on the idea of
living waging “a continuous spiritual war” or of conquering more ground, but on
the experience and conservation of what has already been obtained; the victory
of the Messiah over all the forces of evil to establish the kingdom and its culture.
Now the manifestation of the final and complete victory for the redemption of the
entire earth will come when the Messiah (Christ) is revealed from heaven at the
end of the age according to 2 Thes.1.7–10. The final clash between the Messiah
and the minions of darkness is described in chapters 16, 19, and 20 of
Revelation.

According to Apoc. 16:16 a decisive battle is fought at a place called

Armageddon, and its appearance in an apocalyptic context is entirely
appropriate. For the enemies of the Messiah this encounter will mean
destruction (Rev.19:17-21). But in this way the Ps. 110 and a number of OT
passages will find their fulfillment when the era of messianic rule begins and “the
extent of his empire and peace will have no limit” (Isaiah. 9.7).

The dragon, the beast and the false prophet call all their followers to gather in
the valley of Megiddo, just as Elijah summoned Ahab and all Israel to Mount
Carmel to wage the conflict. However, the battle that is being prepared during

these end times is fought in Revelation 19: 11-21. This is the battle of
Armageddon, or more appropriately, the "battle of the great day of Almighty
God" (Rev. 16: 14). This battle will be fought when the Messiah (Christ) comes
from heaven as King of Kings and Lord of Lords along with his army of heavenly
hosts. And victory will be achieved in a similar way, by the fire that will fall and
consume the beast and the false prophet (Rev. 19:21), and by the sword that
will destroy his followers. This sword used as in the time of Elijah, is the sword
that comes out of the mouth of the King of Kings (verses. 15, 21). Let's read it in
Rev. 19:11-16

“Then I saw the sky open, and there was a white horse. He who rode it was
called Faithful and True, and with justice he judges and fights. His eyes were like a
flame of fire, on his head he had many diadems and he had written a name that no one
knew but himself. He was dressed in clothes dyed in blood and his name is: The Word
of God. The heavenly armies, dressed in the finest linen, white and clean, followed him
on white horses. A sharp sword comes out of his mouth to strike down the nations, and
he will rule them with a rod of iron. He treads the winepress of the fury and wrath of
Almighty God. On his garment and on his thigh he has this name written: King of kings
and Lord of lords.”

Chapter IV
THE TRUE SPIRITUAL BATTLE OF THE INTERCESSOR
PROPHETIC

In the previous chapter, we could see through the scriptures that we do not have
a war against Satan, because it has already been fought and won by our lord
Yahshua HamaShia. But, if we do not have a spiritual war against Satan and his
demons, then what is the battle we must fight and what is our true enemy?

According to the scriptures, the battle we are fighting today is the “battle of faith.”
The apostle Paul tells his beloved disciple Timothy the following: “Fight the good
fight of faith, take hold of eternal life, to which you were also called, having made
your good profession before many witnesses” 1 Timothy 6 :12. But what is this
“battle of faith” that Paul is talking about? In order to have a correct
interpretation, we must first define what biblical Faith is.

“PISTIS VS EMUNAH”

The most likely thing is that you have as a definition of faith, what Hebrew 11:1
says, which is based on the term “pistis” from the Greek, let's see: "Faith, then,
is the certainty of what is hoped for, the conviction of what is not seen". Let's
look at the Greek text of the New Testament and its transliteration: ¨ Esti de

3
3

“The Intercessor and True Spiritual Warfare”
Dr. Jorge Porras Benedetti - Licda. Paola Santamaría de Porras

pistis elpizo hupostasis pragma elegchos ou bathus ¨

For Hellenists and Greek philosophers pistis means conviction of the existence
of something, for example: "I have the conviction that God exists or the
conviction that Yehoshuah is the son of God who died and rose again on the
third day." Let's analyze each of the words in the text:

“It is” from the Greek esti and is the third person singular present
indicative bone he, she or this is. Then it says well from the Greek “of”
primary particle (adversarial or continuative) that can be translated as
now, but, and, also, well… The text continues saying… “of things that are
hoped for” Elpizo- indicates waiting or trusting and comes from elpis to
wait with longing usually with pleasure, expectation, confidence, hope,
hope. Let's look at the term “certainty” – hypostasis. This term is
composed of stasis stand and hupo under. That is, that which is beneath
or the foundation of, this speaks of the foundation on which one builds
hope. Something certain can be 2+2=4, this is from Pythagoras, the
rational certainty of the sum and what I undoubtedly hope is 4.

However, this conceptualization of Faith by using the Greek term “PISTIS” only
allows us to see from afar what true biblical faith is. So in order to understand
and get to the heart of what we are talking about, we must go to the Hebrew
term “EMUNAH”.

Emunah, comes from the word “aman”, from which we get the word amen 5 .
Emunah, means:

• “obedient faith, the security of trusting or depending on someone.” It

communicates the idea of “perseverance in the firmness and guidance of
the covenant God.
• Emunah is defined as "the fact of trusting someone, based on the
revelation of the truth," while pistis is the fact of believing that something
is true through rational knowledge. Do I notice the difference? This is why
we read in James 2: 19-20, the following: “You believe that God is one;
you do well. Even the demons believe and tremble. But do you want to
know, vain man, that faith without works is dead?” Demons only have
“pistis”, the children of the Eternal must walk in “EMUNAH”.

• Emunah means “sticking my life to what I believe, obeying what I believe,

doing and living according to what I believe.” Ya'akov (Jacob misnamed
Santiago) in his letter tells us "do not be forgetful hearers but doers of the
word." Here we see how we said that it is my daily actions that show and
5 Amen: acrostic that refers to the Messiah

3
4

“The Intercessor and True Spiritual Warfare”
Dr. Jorge Porras Benedetti - Licda. Paola Santamaría de Porras

confirm my faith, and not my intellectual convictions isolated from my

Lifestyle.
• Emunah is not certainty and conviction of something that is expected,
because if this were so, Abraham would not have been the father of faith
because when God ordered him to leave his land and leave his relatives,
he did not even know not even where I was going. He did not have
“Pistis” (conviction and certainty), he only walked in “Emunah”, (in
obedience).

• Emunah, is a lifestyle that is based on obedience: Habakuk 2: 4 "but the

righteous will live by his faith." (Rom. 1:17, Heb. 10:38). Emunah is the
culture that must govern the people that God raised from the loins of
Abraham and that will be established in the ends of the earth when the
Messiah comes for the second time to establish his Kingdom."

It is curious that Emunah, was used for the first time in Gen.15:6 “Abram
believed the Lord and it was counted to him as righteousness.” This passage is
key, because we must remember that Abram was called to be the father of a
new nation that would rule over the earth. A nation that would have an
everlasting covenant with YHVH, a culture, a system of government and
legislation totally different from the other nations on earth. A nation that would be
a “prophetic intercessor” before other nations and would bring the Celestial
Kingdom to manifestation. So when we say that Abraham was the father of faith
(emunah), we are talking about being the father of a new culture.

This leads us to conclude that, when Paul told Timothy to “fight the battle of
faith,” he was talking about fighting the “battle so that the culture of the Kingdom,
which is obedience and faithfulness to the Father of the covenant, would be.”
established within himself and on the earth. We can conclude then that the
battle faced by the “prophetic intercessor” is for the establishment of Kingdom
culture in man.

But does establishing the culture of the Kingdom warrant that we face a
struggle? Of course it does, because for the culture of our heavenly father's
kingdom to be established, the culture we inherited from our earthly parents,
which is rooted in our hearts, must be uprooted. Let's define what culture is so
we can understand why we have a struggle.

• Culture is the set of all forms, models or patterns, explicit or implicit,

through which a society regulates the behavior of the people who make it
up. As such it includes customs, practices, codes, norms and rules of
manners, dress, religion, rituals, norms of behavior and belief systems.
From another point of view it can be said that culture is all the information

3
5
FOLD Latin American Intercessors Network
“The Intercessor and True Spiritual Warfare”
Dr. Jorge Porras Benedetti - Licda. Paola Santamaría de Porras

and skills that human beings have that they learn from the family and
other important institutions.
Many of these customs, practices, norms, behavioral systems, rituals that we
practice, that are part of our lifestyle and that give us identity, are often in total
opposition to the culture of the celestial kingdom. And this is precisely where the
“war” begins within us. The divine presence is leading us to live under the
culture of the Kingdom of which we are part, and our soul fights to remain rooted
in the culture that we inherited. It is a strong struggle, because it requires
changing thoughts, paradigms, breaking behavioral patterns, until they are
replaced by those that God establishes and we can become a model for others
and thus spread the culture of our Kingdom, the Kingdom of our Father.

“You who once were not a people, are now the people of God; In other times
you had not obtained mercy, now you have obtained mercy. Beloved, I beg you
as strangers and pilgrims, to abstain from carnal desires that war against the
soul. Keep your way of life good among the Gentiles…” I Peter 2:10-12.

This was the work and struggle that Moses had to do with the people of Israel
when he took them out of Egypt. YHVH, gives you the TORAH 6 , on Mount
Sinai, which contained the legislative and government system to which they had
to submit and the culture by which they had to live, so that it could be taught to
the people and they would be governed by it. But it was such a tenacious battle
that it lasted 40 years and even cost Moses his entry into the promised land.
The people were taken out of Egypt, but YHVH had to take “Egypt” out of their
hearts. Moses, in that sense, was a kingdom culture shaper, or culture setter,
who fought the good “battle of faith” for himself and for the people he
represented, so that they could fulfill their prophetic destiny.

Today, we have the same job as Moses, establishing Kingdom culture in human
hearts, teaching the scriptures, modeling Kingdom culture, discipling the nations
to return to Heavenly Father and abandon pagan culture. We must battle not
against Satan, he has already been defeated, but against what allows him to act
on earth, that is, the man who has not been renewed in his mind and lives
immersed in a pagan culture that is

6Torah, that is, the Covenant in which Israel was assumed by God as the People of the Promise
and the Mishnah, that is, the oral law. The Torah contains 613 precepts of which 248 are positive
(what can be done) and 365 are negative (what cannot be done)

which gives rise to satanic work and elements of cooperation for him to manifest
his work.

Yes, establishing the culture of the Kingdom is our great battle, now we can
better know and identify our true enemy. We will talk about this topic in the next
chapter.

Chapter V

THE TRUE ENEMY OF THE PROPHETIC INTERCESSOR

In order for us to know what the true enemy of the prophetic intercessor is, we
must first begin by being very clear about what the functions and operations of
the intercessor are.

3
7
FOLD Latin American Intercessors Network
“The Intercessor and True Spiritual Warfare”
Dr. Jorge Porras Benedetti - Licda. Paola Santamaría de Porras

within the Kingdom, since if we are not clear about this, we can continue to fall
into the trap of warring against the wrong enemy, which is what has been
happening and has brought us great individual and collective loss and therefore
has not been established. to fully the Kingdom of which we are part and
represent.

Let's see the functions that the prophetic intercessor has:

• Live searching, investigating, studying the will, the decrees, the

judgments and the legislations of the heavenly father and his Kingdom.
• Communicate, teach, impart and establish the revealed Divine will,
through their different actions or ministerial offices. The prophetic
intercessor must live aligned with the line established by the Eternal,
without seeking to alter his decisions, but rather to enforce them. The
prophetic intercessor is a means that allows the will of the Father to be
established and allows the circumstances of men, and what they
represent, to be aligned with that will.
• Establish and extend the Kingdom of God, His culture and His system of
government and legislations in the heart of man. This is why what the
intercessor faces is a “culture war.”7 ", that is, the confrontation between
the culture of the kingdom of the heavenly Father and the satanic culture,
from which religious culture starts or originates, (a hybrid that was formed
by syncretism8 and eclecticism9 between these two cultures), through
which satanic culture has sustained itself, dominated and deceived a
large part of humanity, distancing it from the Heavenly Father and his
Kingdom.

• Destroy the strongholds, tear down the arguments and all arrogance that
rises in the mind of man against the knowledge of God, and that makes
him live away from the principles, culture and system of government of
the Kingdom of God. II Corinthians 10:4-6

• Binding or loosing, this is allowing or stopping the flow of both the

heavenly Kingdom and the kingdom of the enemy.

If you notice, our primary job as intercessors is to be a prophetic voice that

aligns the path (path) of man with the path of the Eternal. So our true enemy,

7 Culture: Set of all the forms, models or patterns, explicit or implicit, through which a society regulates
the behavior of the people who make it up. As such it includes customs, practices, codes, norms and
rules of manners, dress, rituals, norms of behavior and belief systems.
8 Cultural syncretism refers to the process of transculturation and mixing between different cultures.
9
Eclecticism, Condition of a philosophical system that is formed from diverse aspects of other systems,
without achieving a coherent or original harmonization with them.

and we don't mean Satan, is within man himself. To be more specific, it is the
mind of man, where are his thoughts, his reasoning, his logic, intellect,
arguments, etc. Which establish the patterns of behavior, and paradigms that
rise as fortresses against the will of God. This is why with all authority the
Apostle Paul tells us:

“As for your former way of life, put off the old man, which is corrupted by
deceitful desires, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on
the new man, created according to God in true righteousness and
holiness” Ephesians 4:22-24

Our mind is the battlefield, where the enemy throws his darts with the objective
that they draw lines of thought that establish patterns of behavior and paradigms
and thus implant and build a pagan culture in man that serves as a platform and
channel to execute its operations.

Let us remember that when the enemy fell, he was disconnected from the
source of life, authority, power and revelation. This is why it now depends on
alternative energy sources such as natural elements: water, fire, earth, air, and
constructions that serve as portals to maintain territorial control and dominance:
such as obelisks, religious temples, monuments, images. Most of the
architectures in the cities where the powers of government are represented and
where monuments and structures are erected are aligned to form different
symbols such as pentagons, triangles, etc., which constitute points of contact
that allow satanic hegemony. about the territories. These lines are called the ley
lines.

Satan also lost his freedom, and was imprisoned in the dimension of time and
his days are numbered until he is cast into the lake of fire. Apoc. 20. The only
thing that remains and allows it to operate and manifest itself here on earth is
fallen man, not renewed by the word of the Eternal, who, due to his sins,
paganism and idolatry, keeps him active, providing him with elements of
cooperation through which he can operate. When man is born again and
receives the divine nature, renews his mind and obeys the Word of God, every
element of cooperation is removed and the enemy is simply deactivated, it is like
turning off the switch.

That is why the scripture says in Ephesians 4:27 “…nor give place to the devil”
and in 2 Timothy 2:26 “…and escape the snare of the devil, in which you are
held captive at his will.” And in James 4:7 “Submit yourselves therefore to God;
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

As we can see, it is a matter of not giving him room and resisting him for the
Word of God and he has to flee. Read in Matthew 4 and Luke 4 how the Lord
did to dominate him and keep him away and that Yahshua had not yet died and

resurrected to legally take away the power that Adam conferred on him when he
submitted to him. Now imagine what condition he is in after the defeat that the
Lord gave him, where he was stripped of everything as we already studied. It is
a matter of walking by faith in the Word, nothing more.

What weapons do we have to dominate our enemy?

The spiritual clothing: As prophetic intercessors, we have all the spiritual clothing
that the heavenly Father gave us through the merits of Yahshua, the Messiah,
which we studied part by part in previous chapters. But to refresh your memory,
here is a short summary of those weapons : Justice, The blood of the Messiah,
Authority in His name: Yahshua, The revealed word, Obedient faith, Prophetic prayer or
intercession, Fasting, The gifts spiritual, Praise and worship and knowing that no
weapon formed against me will prosper. Isaiah 54:17

But in this part, we will emphasize the weapon that transforms our mind so that it
is aligned with the will of the Eternal.

Hebrews 4:12 “The word of God is living and powerful and sharper than
any two-edged sword: it pierces to the division of soul and spirit, of joints
and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intentions of the
heart.”

The weapon that the Father uses and that He has given us so that our mind is
renewed and the line of man is corrected from error, is the word that comes out
of His mouth, which has power to uproot, destroy, ruin, tear down, build. and
plant. Notice what God says to the prophet Jeremiah:

“The Lord stretched out his hand and touched my mouth, and the Lord
said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth. Behold, I have set you
this day over nations and over kingdoms, to uproot and destroy, to ruin
and tear down, to build and plant.” Jeremiah 1:9-10.

Then he tells him in 17-19: “You therefore, gird your loins, stand up and
speak to them whatever I command you. Do not be afraid before them, so
that I may not intimidate you in their presence. For I have made you this
day as a fortified city, as a pillar of iron and as a wall of bronze against all
this land, against the kings of Judah, its princes, its priests and the people
of the land. They will fight against you, but they will not defeat you, for I
am with you, says the Lord, to deliver you.”

The prophet had to confront the people with their sin, with their idolatry, and
what he had were the words that the Eternal had given him, and these were
more than sufficient for the function he had to perform. It is revelation that has

the power to transform the mind of man and convince him of the truth of God.
God's revelation is powerful because:

• Break the darkness. The revelation of God is like a lamp whose light
dispels the densest darkness. It reveals, shows and points out to man the
correct path to follow.
o Psalms 119:105 “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my
path”
o Philippians 2:15 “so that you may be blameless and innocent,
children of God without blame in the midst of a crooked and
perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the
world.”
o Revelation 21:23 “The city does not need the sun or the moon to
shine in it, for the glory of God illuminates it and the Lamb is its
light.”
• It opens our eyes and gives us understanding. Revelation locates us in
terms of our identity, hope, inheritance, authority, power against darkness
and its works. Let's see how the letter to the Ephesians 1: 17-23 says it.
or “that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may
give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of
him; May he enlighten the eyes of your understanding, so that you
may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are
the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, and what is
the extraordinary greatness of his power toward us who believe,
according to the action of his powerful force. This power worked in
Christ, raising him from the dead and seating him at his right hand
in the heavenly places, above all rule and authority, power and
lordship, and above every name that is named, not only in this
age, but also in the age to come. And he put all things under his
feet, and made him head over all things to the church, which is his
body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.”

• It restores past circumstances, affirms present truth and allows projection

into the future.
o Ecclesiastes 3:14-16 “I know that everything God does is
perpetual: There is nothing to add and nothing to take
away. God does it so that men may fear before him. What
was before, is already, and what is to be, was already;
and God restores the past.”

• It reveals the hidden intentions of the hearts of darkness.

or 1 Corinthians 4:5 “Therefore judge nothing before the time, until
the Lord comes, who will also clarify the hidden things of darkness
and will reveal the intentions of the hearts. Then each one will

receive his praise from God.”

o In Yahshua's earthly ministry this was key so that he could finish the
race that he had to run in order to redeem man.

• It confronts the philosophical currents that take root in the hearts of men
that have their genesis in satanic culture. Especially humanism,
syncretism and eclecticism.
o Colossians 2:8 “Take heed that no one deceive you through
philosophy and empty deceit based on the tradition of
men, according to the elements of the world, and not
according to Christ”

CONCLUSION

According to the scriptures, we are living in difficult and dangerous times

characterized by humanism, syncretism and eclecticism, currents in which man
has immersed himself and which have distanced him abysmally from the
heavenly Father and his Kingdom and have allowed the influence and satanic
action even after Yahshua HaMashiach defeated and publicly exhibited Satan
and his demons.

For this reason, it is imperative that a generation arise that has a prophetic
voice, that imparts the revelation of the Eternal so that man can awaken and find
his true identity, inheritance, purpose and be corrected from the path of error he

has traveled and that has allowed the enemy to act freely.

We know that only the revelation of the Eternal can raise up this new generation,
characterized by a deep awareness of the weight of its priestly vestment,
anointing and authority and that can face the enemy and stop its influence on
man and his territories.

That is why the aspects that we touch on in this manual are only the foundation
that will allow the Ruach Hakodesh (Divine presence) to lead you to great truths
or revelations that are saved for those who prepare their lives to seek them
through the deep study of the scriptures.

As the word says: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find;
knock, and it will be opened to you, for everyone who asks receives; and he who
seeks finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened” Luke 11:9-10.

Dear brother, we urge you to seek your portion of revelation in these end times,
to occupy and enjoy your position as a son, citizen and priest of the heavenly
Kingdom and to lift up the prophetic voice that revelation has given you so that
your intercession prophetic is effective and the Kingdom is established in
fullness.
