The subject were the 2" year students of the academic year 2009 in the bachelor’s degree of Sport Science Program at Institute of Physical Education Suphanburi. The subjects were divided into two groups, in the experimental group there were 27 subjects and in the control group there were 27 subjects For developing multimedia package via the internet on “Computer Application”, the lesson content was first selected. It was divided into sub-topics. General and behavioral objectives were defined to discover all sub-topics. The behavioral objectives were analyzed to construct the fifty — item test used to find out the efficiency.The Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) was at 0.67 - 1.00, a difficulty level (p) was at 0.20 - 0.80 , a discrimination level (r) was at 0.20 - 0.68 and reliability of a test (KR-20) was at 0.82. The finding revealed found that 1. The multimedia package via the internet on “Computer Application” met the efficiency at 84.70/83.40 level of criteria standard, which is higher than set standard at 80/80. This multimedia package can be used efficiently for learning and teaching. 2. The students’ learning achievement of multimedia package via the internet on “Computer Application” of the post-test was higher than the pre-test. 3. The result of learning achievement comparison between the group learning with multimedia package via the internet and the group learning with conventional method was found that the learning achievement mean score of the two groups was statistically different at the .05 level of significance, and the mean score of the students Eesti aa AER.
