 Obtain records of C.S. No. 1469 of 2021, 2. Set aside the impugned order dated
10.06.2022 by the Learned ASCJ, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi due to material irregularity
Brief
Petitioner
 The petitioner seeks the revision of an order dated 10.06.2022 passed by the Learned
ASCJ, Tis Hazari Court, in C.S. No. 1469 of 2021.
 The impugned order directed the removal of a temporary structure on a disputed area and
allowed respondents to enter the area.
 The petitioner claims to be the exclusive owner of the ground floor flat and the disputed
area, as evidenced by sale deeds.
 The trial court's order allegedly pre-decided ownership without appreciating the evidence
and documents.

aimed to protect her property from debris caused by respondents.
 A suit for a mandatory injunction was filed by the respondent, but the petitioner argues
that the respondent lacked locus to file the suit.
 High Court proceedings involved the granting and vacating of stays.
 The petitioner seeks the setting aside of the impugned order, claiming it was erroneous
and beyond the trial court's jurisdiction.

of the legal process.
 They emphasize that the issue has been extensively addressed in multiple court
proceedings, and the impugned order was made after thorough examination of the facts.
 The respondent points out that it was the petitioner who initiated unauthorized
construction in the common area, leading to hardship for the respondent.
 Consequently, the respondent urges the court to dismiss the revision petition and impose
costs on the petitioner.
