    This may be kept in electronic form; however, the software required to


    annotate and edit must be available on board.

    It is far easier to amend and much more user friendly if kept in hard copy.

    The following information is to be marked on to the ship’s General


    Arrangement (GA) plan.
    • Authorised access points
    • Restricted areas
    • Escape and evacuation routes
    • Existing security equipment/systems
