1.Performance of all office bearers will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.

2.Office bearers missing three consecutive meeting without prior approval
May be removed from their position.
3. All office bearers will be given mutually agreed KPI’s by the Town President. The
Town Cabinet will regularly assess the performance of the forums & bodies
operating in Karachi
