analysis. It enables departments to establish career routes for
workers interested in enhancing their chances for pay raises and
career promotion.

3. Forecasting human resources needs


HR forecasting is the process of estimating demand and supply,
including the quantity of workers and the kinds of talents that are
required and accessible to complete the task.

4. Inventory of manpower
A list or database that contains data about the employees of a
company. It normally contains information about the employees’
names, job titles, capabilities, education, experience, and other
pertinent details.

5. Improvement plan
It is a document created to help and advance the faculty’s
professional growth in particularly noted areas that require
improvement.
An employee's shortcomings and potential improvements are
outlined in a performance improvement plan. The performance
action plan, for instance, can list the employee’s gaps in
knowledge or experience. It could also outline the specifics of the
employee’s behavior improvement.
