SWOT A SWOT analysis is a standard evaluation
tool to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats.
➔ WEAKNESS
• Traffic
➔ STRENGTH • Drug mafias
• Rich Historical neighbourhoods
• no parking space • fire station unusable
• hardscapes and softscapes

• Green spaces/ large old trees

• no sense of zoning

• high ground • low rise reservoir • no significance for the reservoir

the noise problem in the
selected area (paani wala
Talab)
To solve this problem I use
the green nature like vines
and trees and also the rough
facade.
WHY SPORTS AND RECREATION CENTER

When we look into the swot

analysis of this area we find the
reason why I choose this building
typology, the main problem is
drugs usage and these kind of
unhealthy activities. To stop and to
engage the young generation to
these activities I want to create this
center.
