MODULE Descriptor:- This unit covers the knowledge, attitudes and skills needed to
lead in the dissemination and discussion of information and issues in the workplace.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
At the end of the module the learner will be able to:
1. Communicate information about workplace processes
2. Lead workplace discussion
3. Identify and communicate issues arising in the workplace
4. Provide team leadership
5. Foster individual and organizational growth
6. Monitor and evaluate workplace learning
7. Develop team commitment and cooperation
8. Facilitate accomplishment of organizational goals

MODULE CONTENTS
1. Communicate information about workplace processes
