Workshop 1
How many coordinators can attend?
I will make as many Breakout rooms as there are teachers who can participate.
If all the teachers can join the conference, I’ll divide the participating students into 10 groups.
What I’d like you to do
1. Please divide your students into groups.
2 Please ask your students to put the group number in front of their names.
Ex) 1 atsushi@ joy
If students put a number in front of their name, it will be easier to divide the students to the groups.

peers in the breakout room.
Students share and discuss authentic recipes that are an integral part of their culture, celebrated
during special occasions, or passed down through generations.
Encourage students to show photos or describe the dishes.
Personal Stories and Memories (2-3 minutes):
Students share personal stories or memories related to the authentic recipes, such as family
traditions, gatherings, or memorable experiences associated with these dishes.
Students ask questions to each other about their recipes, cities, and cultural practices.
Encourage an open discussion where students can freely share their thoughts, and inquiries, and
learn from each other.

My students want to show Japanese snacks to your students.
