The dray spits icy mist in a 10 ft range towards up to two

must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 29 (6d8)
Skills Arcana+5, Athletics+8, Perception+6, Religion+5 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on
Damage Vulnerabilities fire a successful one.

Mulvak's Blessing damage increases by 1d10 for each level above 1st.
The dray deals an extra 4 (1d8) damage when it hits with a
