TOPIC : CORPORATE CORRUPTION – SCOPE AND

GROWTH OF INDIA

WHY?
There is a great scope of producing an effective Company Law Dissertation as it provides me
with potential sources. From the Companies Act 2006 to corporate governance.

1. This assists me to conduct research deeply and issue analysis.

2. This research improves my investigation abilities.

3. These research experiences ended up with great knowledge and research skills.

4. As I wanted to do corporate specialization in corporate and commercial laws this will

help me to familiarize myself with the latest developments in the field of corporate
law.

5. This research provides me to analyse the Economical and Political aspects of

corruption that impacts the Indian economy.

Since I intended to do specialization in corporate and commercial law and this topic is more
advantageous, I will choose the same topic for my dissertation.

WHAT?
Corporate corruption that misuse the formal power by a corporate representative for
organizational or private benefit. One of the main factors contributing to society's breakdown
has been the corporate sector. Corruption is a social disease. The prevalent legal system of
India is not sufficient to tackle the manifesting corporate corruption in the country. Doing
unethical and illegal practices by large corporations are Bribery, Commodities, Fraud, Price
Fixing and Tax evasion. Nowadays, corporate corruption has been increasing day by day in
some or the other way. This research will undertake me to go through all the loopholes and
evidential proof of corruption in the corporate sector.
