of shortage of their allowances.

Evaluation Results Work immersion students were all deployed successfully in the
different departments. Monitoring and evaluating students’ progress
were properly addressed.
Work immersion provides learners with opportunities to
become familiar with the workplace, simulate employment,
and to apply their competencies in areas of specialization or
applied subjects in actual work environment to prepare
learners for all curriculum exits.
General Comments and Employers of all departments where the work immersion
Issues Encountered students were deployed were very amazed of the good
working attitudes, skills for the job and patience shown by
the students. They marked the Manalipa Integrated school
learners as the most hard working work immersion students
they ever had.
I issues encountered by the work immersion students during
their deployment are as follows:
1. Giving them heavy task than the regular employees.
2. Lack of health break, eating their snacks or dinner late
3. Overtime working schedules
Recommendations Work immersion enables the students to acquire and
develop the skills of productivity, therefore all Senior High
School students must have this wonderful experience, but
sad to say that most of the Manalipa Integrated School
Senior High School learners are below poverty line which led
them not to pursue work immersion.
To address this matter it is highly recommended that the
school must find ways or sponsorship to support the Senior
High School learners financially.
