STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER
The matter captioned above arises from a complaint made to the Office of Professional
Regulation. The parties to the case hereby agree to an expedited resolution of the matter
as follows:
3. At that hearing, Respondent testified under oath that she had earned a "'PhD in
clinical psych.''
4. Thjs statement was uutrue, as Respondent's PhD was, at the time she testified, in
"counseling/school psychology."
5. At that hearing, Respondent also testified under oath that she had eamed "two
master's degrees... one in art therapy and one in counseling psychology."
6. This statement was untme, as Respondent had not, at the time she testified, earned
a mastf..-r's degree in either "'art therapy" or "counseling psychology."
7. At the time of her testimony, Respondent had not earned any master's degree in
any field from any institution.
STATE OF VERMONT
8. On or about December 15, 2016, Respondent testified under oath in a deposition in
a criminal sexual assault case in which the State of Vermont was seeking to proffer
Respondent as an expert witness.
9. At that deposition, Respondent testified under oath that she had earned a "master's
certificate in art therapy.''

who was under Respondent's care at the time of the alleged wrongdoing.
