E-Menus

showcase photos. These can
be duplicated and used as a
starting template for your
property E-Menu.

Property E-Menu
are created with the intent of
using them to represent your
hotel’s food and beverage
offerings. All Property Sales

and those with whom you
collaborate have access to
see these menus.

Menu Type
When clicking Create E-Menu,
a selection must be made for
creating a Property or Custom
E-Menu.

Property menu should be

selected for any hotel-wide
menu (e.g. banquet menu,
wedding menu, Thanksgiving
menu, etc.) that is intended to
be shared once Published.

Custom menu should be

selected when creating a
specific specialty menu for a
customer, group or event.
Once in Publish status, it is
not visible to other hotel
users; however, the link for
the Custom E-Menu can be
shared.

Section
Once you’ve begun creating a
new E-Menu, on the right side
of your screen, there is the
ability to Add Section. It is
recommended a new section
is added to your menu for
each new portion of your
menu (e.g. Breakfast, Lunch,
Reception, Dinner, Beverage,
General Information, etc.)

When clicking the + icon

above Add Section, a drop-
down menu will appear
allowing you to select the
page layout preferred for the
new section.
