INFORMATION

The undersigned Provincial Prosecutor of the Province of Nueva Vizcaya

accuses John Abraham Delos Santos, Mario Wakal Dela Cruz, Marisol Vidad
Mendoza, for VIOLATION OF SEC.5 & 11, ARTICLE II OF R.A.
9165, committed as follows:

That on August 29, 2023, at about 3:00 P.M. at

Barangay Salvacion, Bayombong,Nueva Vizcaya, Philippines and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court the said accused,
with deliberate intent did then and there willfully offered to sell
in consideration of P30,000.00 with serial no.23456, fifteen
(15) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet, containing white
crystalline substance, having a total net weight of 66.9
grams marked as IBA-CC, HFC-1, HFC-2, HFC-3, HFC-4,
LKM-1, LKM-2, LKM-3, LKM-4, LKM-5, GHS-1, GHS-2, GHS-
3, PRK-1, PRK-2, which after laboratory examination tested
positive for the presence of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride,
locally known as “SHABU”, a dangerous drug.
