Agreed Terms:

1. Apology: Party A, on behalf of Kai Chiang, agrees to issue a public and personal
apology to Falima Tisa for the disturbance caused during the flight. This apology shall
be issued within [reasonable time frame] from the effective date of this agreement.
2. Compensation: Party A agrees to pay compensation in the amount of $10,900 (USD)
to Falima Tisa within [reasonable time frame] from the effective date of this
agreement. The payment shall be made via [specified payment method].
3. Jurisdiction: Both Parties agree that the jurisdiction for any legal matters arising from
this incident shall be under the laws of Singapore. Any legal disputes or claims will be
resolved in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Singapore.
4. Release and Waiver: Upon the execution of this agreement, Falima Tisa and Kai
Chiang mutually release and discharge each other from any and all claims, demands,
liabilities, and causes of action arising from the incident on the flight.
5. Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to keep the terms of this agreement confidential
and not disclose the details to any third parties except as required by law.
6. Compliance: Both Parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
related to this incident.

Effective Date:
This agreement shall become effective upon the date of execution by both Parties.

Amendments:
This agreement may be amended or modified only in writing and signed by both Parties.

Entire Agreement:
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all
previous agreements and understandings.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Singapore.

Execution:
This agreement is executed in duplicate, each copy having the same effect as the original,
and shall be effective upon the signature of both Parties.
