ONLINE PAYMENT thru QWIKWIRE

We are pleased to announce a convenient way to settle your condominium assessments by online payment
facilitated thru QWIKWIRE using credit/debit cards. Qwikwire Corporation is a California based
company operating locally as Qwikwire Incorporated. Wells Fargo is its primary merchant bank.

This is one way of providing payment convenience to our unit owners and residents, especially those
living abroad. Efficient documentation of transaction is another.

Beginning July 2016 access to this payment platform will be made available simultaneous to the release
of 3rd Quarter 2016 billing for the condominium and parking dues, real estate taxes for the common
areas, building insurance premium, and utilities. An online payment link or button is provided on the
email message for the billing statement which you can click right away and proceed with the transaction.
This will be the initial method while integration to Gramercy Residences Portal is being constructed.
Other future enhancements shall be posted accordingly.

The details and procedures are:

1. Only three (3) steps to complete the transaction.

2. Look for this button on the billing statement email.

3. Click the “Pay Online Now” button. And the Personal Info Page will appear on your screen.

4. Enter all the required information such as Unit Number, Name of Unit Owner, Amount, email
address, and Note (if any). You may opt to indicate special notes or instructions on the “Note”
box. Then click the “Next” button to proceed to Payment Details Page.

5. That page requires filling out of billing information such as card information, expiry, billing
address, etc. Then click the “Next” button to proceed to the Review Payment Page.

6. Review the payment information. In here, the Convenience Fee or Transaction Fee will appear.
This is separate cost from the amount paid for the condominium assessment. Once all required
fields are filled, click the “Pay Bill Now” button to complete the transaction.

7. A transaction confirmation with unique reference number shall be sent to your email which shall
serve as your record.

 8. Official Receipt from The Gramercy Residences Condominium Corporation’s Accounting
Department shall ensue.

Other information:

a. All information you will enter is treated with privacy and will not be stored in the payment
platform system unless you otherwise opt to. All payments are secured with 256-bit encryption.

b. Correction or revision on any information or data is possible by clicking the “BACK” button.

c. FEES. Qwikwire transaction fees are competitive with other payment gateway and remittance
services. The Transaction Fee ranges from $0.99 to as much as $12.99 depending on the sum
paid. Standard foreign exchange rate also applies.

d. REFUND POLICY. If accidental payment or wrong amount was made, refund is credited back
to your account in 3-5 days after approval. Refund link is included in the transaction
confirmation receipt sent to the payer’s email.

e. PHILLIPINES ISSUED BANK CARDS. Paying using the Philippines issued bank cards will
include additional charges in a meantime while Qwikwire works on the arrangement with local
banks.
