Welcome to Gvahim Tech

We are excited to have you join Gvahim Tech. In order to successfully work together, we ask you
to please follow the guidelines below.

1. Commitment:
We ask you to be fully committed (100%) to participation in the Gvahim program.
Full participation in the program includes:
a. Attending the CV and LinkedIn workshops
b. Updating your CV & LinkedIn after completing the workshops
and HR meetings (based on the lecture/consultation recommendations)
c. 3 HR meetings
d. Submission of a new, finalized CV prior to job placement support

2. HR Career Consultancy:
If you have an important delay in the completion of your HR Career Consultancy
Process, please note that this will significantly delay the process of receiving a
mentor and support in your job search.
NOTE: If you must cancel your HR meeting and reschedule, you are required to
do so 24 hours in advance. Any meeting canceled 24 hours or less before the
scheduled time will count as one of your 2 HR meetings.

3. Job Search Support
The job search support includes guidance from a mentor and connections from
the Gvahim Network until you find a job. You will also have access to the Gvahim
Network now and in the future. Gvahim has connections with more than 650+
companies, as well as relationships with 300+ mentors and 2500+ Alumni that
work in companies across Israel.

I understand that the Gvahim Network is a closed platform


available only to Gvahim program participants.

4. Mentors
Mentors work with you individually throughout the job search process.
If you find a job before receiving a mentor, you have the right to receive one in
the future if you are looking for a job again. The purpose of the mentor is to help
you to better prepare for technical/professional interviews and to give you
knowledge on the field that you are targeting or answer your questions about
your future career path in Israel.
Mentors will be provided only after completing the HR consultation process
and placement meeting.

I understand that it is my responsibility to be active in communication with my mentor.

5. Alumni Status
Upon completion of the above components and successfully securing a job in
the Israeli Market, you will become a Gvahim Alumni.
Alumni Status includes:
1. Access to the Gvahim Network platform
2. Access to Gvahim events reserved for the Gvahim Alumni
3. Participation in Gvahim Tech events as an Alumnus

Privacy Policy
I, the undersigned, hereby consent to the use of my name, image, likeness,
testimonial, photographs, or video for any use whatsoever (including, without
limitation, marketing and publicity) intended by Gvahim. I hereby release and
agree to hold harmless Gvahim from any claims whatsoever, including, without
limitation, invasion of privacy or publicity in connection with the use thereof.

Gvahim Anti-Harassment Policy
At Gvahim, we believe in HUMAN DIGNITY, RESPECT, LIBERTY, EQUALITY, and
PRIVACY.
As a condition of participation in the Gvahim activities and community, those
who take part must behave in a professional manner, demonstrate appropriate
behavior, and treat all members of the Gvahim community in a respectful,
dignified, and decent manner at all times, including in face-to-face and online
communications.
Any type of harassment or unwelcome non-consensual hostile or intimidating
behavior is inadmissible, and our organization will do everything required to
ban such behavior, irrespective of, but not limited to, the following: gender
(which includes, among other things, gender identity and gender expression),
age, ancestry, ethnicity, physical or mental disability, genetic information,
medical condition, marital status, national origin, race, religion, and sexual
orientation.
If Gvahim personnel, at their discretion, decide that remedial action is required,
that remedial action may include, but is not limited to, banning any individual
responsible for inappropriate behavior from further participation in Gvahim
community and activities immediately.

Participation Agreement
Gvahim reserves itself the right to stop the relationship with the Oleh /
participant for any reason by its consideration.

What Happens If… (Frequently Asked Questions)


1. If I find a job in the middle of the program?
Mazal Tov! Speak with your HR Consultant to review the contract before you sign.
However, if it is possible, we highly recommend that you complete the remaining
workshops of the program. You will need those skills and knowledge for your next
job in the future.

2. I need to cancel one of my HR consultations and want to reschedule:


You can reschedule this meeting 24+ hours prior to the meeting. However, if you
schedule the meeting and cancel 24 hours or less beforehand, you have “spent”
one of your meetings and will not have the opportunity to reschedule.

3. I only want a mentor, can I forgo the HR consultation process?


No, as outlined above, you must first complete the HR consultation process and
have your placement meeting to ensure that you are prepared for connecting
with a mentor.
