Right to life

This work will analyze the right to life, this right is fundamental to be able to exercise the other
universal rights that exist. In short, the right to life is that no person can be deprived of their life.
Their job is to defend and protect the life of the human being.

In my opinion, the right to life is fundamental and which is not negotiable, must be respected by
society and the government. However, on the subject of euthanasia and abortion, my opinion
about the law changes. For me, euthanasia can be done when there is a terminal illness and when
the person has reason and really wants to end his life for the sake of it. fact of being tired of
fighting. Along with this, I also agree with abortion. I feel that it is not a violation of the right only
when it has ´the three causal´

According to what I mentioned before about euthanasia, the person has the right to consciously
decide what they do with their life, but there are times when the person feels depressed or guilty
of creating an emotional and/or financial burden. As Javier Gafo said, In Ten Key Words of
Bioethics. "The question that then arises is whether the request for euthanasia is not an
expression of those feelings rather than a true wish to die." For this reason, it should only be done
when the person is aware of his decision and with the doctor's opinion about his diseases.

Last but not least, there is the issue of abortion, I definitely support the right to life, but there are
times when abortion must be performed as established by the three grounds, ..... ground one is
when there is danger for the woman's life. This causal is important since we have two lives, but
the mother must go first because otherwise the mother's right to life would be unprotected. In
Australia all its states have agreed to end the life of the fetus to save the mother

In the second case, abortion can be performed up to 24 weeks if the baby comes with
malformations. This decision must be made by the mother and the doctor, if it is considered that
the fetus does not have a viable life. outside the uterus, that is, it would not survive beyond birth
or at birth it would have a very low quality of life, therefore the interruption of the pregnancy is
not considered a violation of the right to life
