BiVent V100 is a small, lightweight,
portable easy to operate ventilator
designed for use on patients suitable for
the respiratory treatment of adults,
children and babies weighing 5 kg or
greater both by invasive intubation and
nasal or face mask.
It is a ventilator providing Volumetric, time
cycled, pressure limited with wide
programme of standard ventilatory
invasive & non-invasive modes.
AUT+AST (Auto-Assist: assisted or controlled ventilation)
PSV (Pressure support + APNEA BACK-UP)
NIV – CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure)
HFO2T (High Flow Oxygen Therapy) optional
Minute volume (MV): 1 to 16 LPM
Pressure limit: from 0 to 50 cm H2O with
preset selectable values
Tidal volume (TV) from 15 - 3000 ml,
Respiratory Rate (RR): 5 to 70 bpm
Trigger pressure: from -20 to 0 cm H2O
I:E Ratio 1:1.5
Inspiratory time: 40%
PEEP: settable from 0 to 20 cm H2O
O2 ratio: Integrated mixing device for
oxygen at preset 50% and 100%.
Optional HFO2T, max. O2/Air pressure at
100 LPM The mode is not only used as a
passive oxygen therapy tool, but also as an
alternative device for noninvasive
ventilation or early intubation.
Acoustic and visual alarms for: apnea, high
pressure, low pressure, gas supply failure,
low battery level and power supply failure.
Battery autonomy: 4 hours with possibility to join
up to 8 hours autonomy by adding an optional
battery pack.
BiVent V100 is a pneumatic ventilator. Electrical
power is required for patient ventilation.
BiVent V100 has been specifically designed for
patient support during transport and hospital use.
It may be used during intra and inter-hospital
transport, on ambulances, in emergency &
intensive care rooms, and other radiology suites.
Air source: From atmosphere
Oxygen source: from O2 cylinder or central gas-
supply with inlet pressure gauge
