2: My name is Vicky Sevilla I was born on March 28, 1992 in Spain and I currently have my wife
and son
Pregunta 1: Vicky how does your passion for cooking begin?

2: well at 17 years old I did not even know how to fry an egg and one day a friend invited me
to work with her at her restaurant and so I discovered that I liked cooking
Pregunta 1: What did it take you to open your own restaurant?

2: Well, my wife one day told me why I did not open my own restaurant and I tell her that I
was crazy, I took a risk and so at my twenty-five years old Arells was born.
Pregunta 1: vicky, tell me how you started in your Restaurant?

2: I started with a guy in the kitchen all week and one came on the weekend and I had a girl
outside all week, currently we are five in the kitchen and four outside
Pregunta 1: Vicky, how do you create your dishes?

2: that difficult asks, well I try to carry the memories and traditions of my mother and what I
do is play with their flavors and give it a special touch
Pregunta 1: Why is it the Michelin star?

2: Work, effort and our passion throughout the year
Pregunta 1: Changed your approach to the kitchen after winning the star?

2: This does not change the approach or my way of seeing the kitchen I aspire to fill the room
