ACT, 1872 AS AMENDED TILL DATE

I, Alka Katar, W/o Manu Katar, R/o C-5A/29, Top Floor, Janakpuri,
New Delhi - 110058 do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as
under:

1. That I am the Applicant in the above case and as such being

conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case I am
competent to depose this affidavit.
2. That in the above mentioned case, certain electronic records
including emails have been filed by the Petitioner evidencing
the correspondence between the Applicant and the
Respondent.
3. I say that the computer containing the information was
produced by the computer during the period over which the
computer was used regularly to store or process information
for the purposes of any activities regularly carried on over that
 period by the deponent. I further say that the deponent had
the lawful control over the use of the computer and the
printer.
4. I say that during the said period, information of the kind
contained in the electronic record or of the kind from which the
information so contained is derived was regularly fed into the
computer in the ordinary course of the said activities.
5. I say that throughout the material part of the said period, the
computer and the printer were operating properly as such the
electronic record is accurate.
6. That the information contained in the electronic record
reproduces or is derived from such information fed into the
computer in the ordinary course of the said activities.
