1.0 INTRODUCTION
Residentiallayoutdesignplanisaninstrumentortoolsdesigntoguidethefuturedev
elopmentofaregioneitherurbanorruralforaparticularperiodoftime.
Theproposingforaresidentiallayoutdesignplanistoguidethepresentandfuturede
velopmentofsurulerequarters,ilar9o.
Theaimofresidentiallayoutdesignplanistoenhancedevelopmentandalsothespat
ialdevelopmentinanenvironmentandtoencouragespatialphysicalplanningofthestudy
wherebyimprovingthelivingstandardofthepeople.

6.0 IMPLEMENTATION

theeconomic,social,commercial,andphysicaldevelopmentofthestudyarearequireslegal,financialan

Thereisneedforadministrativebackingfortheplan.Theboardthatwillcheckandmonitoreverys
tageofdevelopmentandensureplanningstandard,regulationandeffectthecontrolofdevelopment.
6.1SOURCEOFFINANCE
Theimplementationoftheplanrequireshugeamountofcapital.However,theinstit
utionoragencyconcernedmustbehighlyresponsivetodemandforeffectiveimplementat
ion.
6.2 MONITORINGREVIEW
Thesettlementisadynamicone,hencetheneedforustoaccommodatevariablesofo
urtimeduringthecourseoftheproject.Themonitoringexpectedwillhelpreviewtheperfor

7.0CONCLUSION
Themasterplan(proposal)shouldbemonitoredandfullyimplementedasproposedinthisreporto
wingtothefactthatplanningisacontinuousprocess,dynamicandneverstatic.Itisaimedatimprovingphy
sical,social,andeconomicconditionofanycommunity,regionorstate,etc.
