1.0 INTRODUCTION
Residentiallayoutdesignplanisaninstrumentortoolsdesigntoguidethefuturedev
elopmentofaregioneitherurbanorruralforaparticularperiodoftime.
Theproposingforaresidentiallayoutdesignplanistoguidethepresentandfuturede
velopmentofsurulerequarters,ilar9o.
Theaimofresidentiallayoutdesignplanistoenhancedevelopmentandalsothespat
ialdevelopmentinanenvironmentandtoencouragespatialphysicalplanningofthestudy
wherebyimprovingthelivingstandardofthepeople.

rHoytin1939,analternativetoconcentriczonemodelwhichisinpreshaperatherinformof
ringsandwedgeshape.

Themeanstoexecutetheplanisusuallyoneofthosethingsthatwillalwayscometothemindofany
planneraftercarryinghisproposals.Theimplementationofanurbanplanthatwillformorbeameasurefor
theeconomic,social,commercial,andphysicaldevelopmentofthestudyarearequireslegal,financialan
dadministrativebacking.
Thereisneedforadministrativebackingfortheplan.Theboardthatwillcheckandmonitoreverys
tageofdevelopmentandensureplanningstandard,regulationandeffectthecontrolofdevelopment.

Theimplementationoftheplanrequireshugeamountofcapital.However,theinstit
utionoragencyconcernedmustbehighlyresponsivetodemandforeffectiveimplementat
ion.

Thesettlementisadynamicone,hencetheneedforustoaccommodatevariablesofo
urtimeduringthecourseoftheproject.Themonitoringexpectedwillhelpreviewtheperfor
