2. Development & Delivery

14 Days + 3 Days (Testing, Training & Go Live)

*Development days will start from the day Kick-Off cost is paid. Days defined above only count office working
days.
* 3 Days of testing includes any change, Deepak Kumar must finish testing on this module in 3 days of upload on
server which evenly reflects “Testing & completion of the Project”, hence release of remaining payment from
Deepak Kumar. If during the testing any issues found by Deepak Kumar, SPYSR will allot or allow or give more
testing days to test fixed issues or errors (if found). If Deepak Kumar feels or finds no issues after 3 days of give
testing period, SPYSR will consider it as finished job from their side or completion of project. Which again entitles
us to receive our payment or to send invoice for the remaining payment as scheduled after 3 days of testing.

3. Payments

Details Cost Payment Terms

Project Cost Rs. 12,000 50% Amount Must be paid as a Kick of cost

*applicable taxes will be charged as per

the government tax regulations.
