Warranted that equipment's are not exposed to hilly Terrain area, underground works, any mines not been agreed upon by digit,
wet works, reclaimed or soft ground, on or under the bridge, Ground condition are not such that equipment is exposed to the risk of
toppling over.

A) For Machinery under Group I, II, III and IV - (Including for cranes above 10 tonnes capacity)

Warranties:
1. Warranted the equipment's should not be used in Wet Works/ Bridges/ Tunnel/ Underground work &
Mining/ Hilly Areas/ Mining. Equipment working in Open Cast Mining only & specifically agreed by Digit,
under "Special Conditions and Exclusions”, can be covered under the policy.

2. Warranted that any exposure on public roads is excluded from the scope of cover under the policy. Third
party Liability on Public Roads is not covered under the policy.
3. Warranted that all plants and equipment's are operated & maintained in accordance with manufacturer's
specifications
4. Warranted that equipment is being operated by Certified operator at all times.
5. Warranted that any pre-existing damages are excluded from the scope of cover under the policy
6. Warranted that any claim under the policy would be null & Void if the details of expiring insurance policy
provided are found to be invalid/wrong
7. Warranted that the equipment is not used in any illegal mining activity. In case of breach, all benefits
under the policy would be Void.
8. The approved terms are subject to Nil claims for last 3 years

Important Notice
1. *Cheque dishonor / Non-receipt of payment: If premium paid through Cheque, the policy is void ab-initio
in case of dishonor of Cheque or non-receipt of payment.
2. This policy is subject to the standard policy wordings, warranties, exclusions and conditions as per Digit
Contractors Plant and Machinery Insurance Policy.
3. The Coverage has been provided basis information provided by you/proposer to us and the policy is not
valid, if any of the information provided is incorrect.
