I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. On behalf of the ‘BharatNet Project (Phase-II), I am
writing to express our concerns regarding the ‘Shala Praveshotsav-2023’ program organized by the Education
department, Government of Gujarat. We kindly request your support in ensuring uninterrupted power supply
during this significant event as many VVIP visits may take place during this event across the state.

The ‘Shala Praveshotsav-2023’ program holds immense importance as it aims to facilitate the admission of
numerous students into schools across Gujarat. This event symbolizes an essential milestone in the lives of
these children and plays a crucial role in shaping their future. Therefore, it is of utmost importance that all
necessary arrangements are made to ensure a seamless experience for everyone involved.

As you may be aware, the BharatNet Project has been tirelessly working towards connecting rural areas with
high-speed internet access, thereby bridging the digital divide in our society. To achieve this, we rely heavily on
a stable and uninterrupted power supply. Any disruption in power not only hampers our ongoing efforts but
also negatively impacts the lives of the communities we serve.

In light of the aforementioned, we kindly request your support in avoiding power cuts and failures during the
program. We understand the challenges associated with managing power distribution across the state,
particularly during large-scale events. However, we firmly believe that with proper planning, coordination and
by managing critical route substations, we can overcome these challenges and provide an exceptional
experience to all participants.

By working together, we can ensure the success of the ‘Shala Praveshotsav-2023’ program and create a positive
impact on the lives of countless children across Gujarat. Your cooperation and commitment to providing
uninterrupted power supply during this crucial event will be greatly appreciated by the Government of Gujarat,
