Drone tech has adopted a strong matrix organization for the importance of the project and the need to find a central point for activities
and communication. Furthermore, this project is unique and has high risk/high cost, so, in my opinion, a strong matrix organization is
needed. The project manager (me) has the control over the activities of the project, over schedule, budget, quality and risk analysis. I
note that Drone tech needs someone to manage the procurement and the quality, that are areas of vital importance for any project. it is
unthinkable to face this kind of project without these two important figures.
Alessio Carmignani will be, as project manager, the focal point for the communication with the various company departments involved
in the project, and with the client, Wilmont pharmacy.
