I always wanted to live this experience and mark my place in this position.
I have the graphic designing skills needed and I want to take this chance to develop my skills
more , I also believe that I have the best marketing strategy for this event that will makes it
successful.

INFORMATIONS
1-My strategies:
1 Attractive virtual campaigns : make a facebook and
instagram page and an event on facebook, create
attractive logo and posts ,share the event on all
media platforms and provide a teaser for the event

2 Creative physical attraction: Get close to students in

locations where they may be found in the right time
( when they are thinking about orientation) and
provide them with infographics of the event

3 Follow up to answer Delegates's questions and

motivate them to attend the event
4 Reminder emails 1 day before the event

5 Use speakers to promote for the event, well known

speakers will attract more students who follows
them

6 Develop strong external relationships with radios

and clubs in order to attract more students and
publicize the event's existence.
 2-Creative metamorphoses:
-Collaboration with clubs in high schools.
-Get well known influencers to share the event and promote it.
-Provide infographics to teachers,
parents, and students' circles so that
they can spread the word.
3-Promotion and Showcase:

Why I chose this Theme and Slogan
-Theme:
Spiderman is one of the most lovabale shows, I chosed this theme because in
our event we aim to help students make the right decision and help them out.
Spiderman himself always help out his citizens and save them by making the
right decision. Also, Spiderman Series of movies is universal and everyone
likes them, it will attract many people to come. We will be their superhero
they love
-Slogan:
"With great power. Comes great responsibilty."
This sentence was repeatedly used in 4 seasons of Spiderman, every time
someone of his closest is dying, they tell him this advice and push him
forward.
I chose this slogan because we're intending to show the students why they
must take they future career for serious and focus on it with all what they
have, it's their biggest responsibility to choose their future career.
