Payment Terms:
Irrevocable LC at Sight transferable.

MOQ:
5 x 20ft Containers (120 MT) – FOB Belawan, Medan.
All documents export refinery visit after signing MOU.

Procedures:
1. Buyer send the LOI to the seller.
2. Seller send the FCO to the buyer.
3. Buyer sign, stamp and return the FCO.
4. Seller send the draft ICPO.
5. Buyer sign, stamp and return the ICPO.
6. Seller send the Sales Purchasing Agreement to the buyer.
7. Buyer send back the Sales Purchasing Agreement assign by both parties.
8. Seller give a Proforma Invoice to the buyer.
9. Buyer sign then send back the Proforma Invoice.
10. Buyer transfer Down Payment to the seller bank.
11. Seller’s bank verify and confirm acceptance of Down Payment and seller serve the commodities stuffing.
12. Loading time start 15-21 days after buyer transfer Down Payment to the seller bank.
13. Seller send the realtime videography of stuffing activity.
14. Seller completed loading commodity and closed the stuffing process.
15. Seller give copy documents and the buyer pays the remaining billing.
16. Seller’s bank verifies and confirms receipts of payment and the seller provides all original export
documents.
