of quadriceps, hamstring, calf,
and chest muscles stretching.

b. Dynamic Stretching - demonstrate

proper execution of arm circles,
lunges, high knees, and butt kicks.
D. Application

1. Group Work

The teacher gave an instruction for their

group work.
(Students will now think of their
warm-up routine)
“Alright, class, now it's time to put your
knowledge into practice. Divide yourselves
into four groups. Each group will create a
warm-up routine using the different types
of stretching techniques.You will perform
your warm-up routine in front of the class.”

2. Practice

“Each group will be given 20 minutes to (Students will start practicing their warm-
practice and prepare for their warm-up up routine with their respective groups)
routine. You can use any music that you
like.”

To recap the lesson, can anyone enumerate (Students actively participate by

the different types of stretching techniques recalling the types)
that we have discussed?

(The teacher acknowledges the student’s

response)

• Reflection

perform stretching techniques before any (Students volunteer to share
physical activity?” their answers)

(The teacher acknowledges the student’s

response)
IV. Evaluation
