A. Daily Routine
“Good morning, class. Let us start our (Students volunteer and lead the prayer)
session with a prayer. Who would like to

Each group will perform their warm-up routine, and we will evaluate it based on the
following criteria:

V. Assignment
The assignment for the students is to individually reflect on their group's warm-up routine.
They should write a short paragraph analyzing the effectiveness of the routine in terms of
incorporating different types of stretching techniques, engaging the audience, and preparing
the body for physical activity. The reflection should be submitted at the beginning of the
next class.
