1. Professionalism
I've received some positive feedback about this aspect from my peers, but I still have some
uncertainty. If I were in the position of a hiring manager, I might glance at my ePortfolio
with a Big Sur photo in the background and feel positively about it, though my perspective
could change as well.
Are there any items that immediately turn you off from thinking of this candidate as a
professional or potential hire?
I don’t think there were certain items that turned me off from considering her as a potential
hire.
Is it well organized, and easy to get around in the site, without getting lost?
Overall, I think my ePortfolio is well organized and easy to navigate.
Are tabs for each semester in MIST included, and links within each section for all

Yes, links for each semester in MIST, including all the courses currently being taken have
been added.
Do all links and buttons work and do what you think they should do?

All deliverables for IST 524 have been included, as well.
Do their "reflections" clearly explain how the deliverables relate to skills, knowledge,
and/or attitudes needed by an instructional designer/educator?
I believe my reflections are detailed and cover a wide range of aspects, including the
software used for each task, related past experiences and skills, challenges faced, and
attitudes needed by an instructional designer.

taken place?

place for each assignment.
5. Any final suggestions not covered above?

Weakness of my ePortfolio:
I considered whether to use the Scribd Document app to upload the deliverable files or simply
allow users to download them. In the end, I chose the latter for other pages to improve user load
times, but making users download files themselves certainly doesn't seem user friendly.
