reviewing the design, content, citations and accessibility. The goal of this analysis is to critically examine the

you have to check:

● Links are proper working?
● Text is aligned? Font size fine?
● Pictures are of good quality or not? and are they in the right place or not?
● Any suggestions for improvement? And in which category?
● You can add screenshots to elaborate your responses.

1.Links are proper working?

Yes, but there is much repetition of the same links on the home page. It looks weird.

2. Text is aligned? Font size fine?

Yes. All is well.

3. Pictures are of good quality or not? and are they in the right
place or not?
Pictures quality is not high. There is a need for HD level pictures. The place of pictures is not right. I think
pictures should be placed in front of the page whenever the page is opened by the user.

4. Any suggestions for improvement? And in which category? Some

suggestions are mentioned:

1. We should display our different activities e.g plant activities or debate activities & achievements e.g
sports, achievement of toppers etc on a slider. Because of this our first pade(home page) looks attractive.

 2. Vision and Mission should be mentioned on the home page. The message in Vision and Mission should
be the words of Principal, HOD or Vice Principal. This message should be strong. Also use their
pictures and signatures.

3. Introduction and Brief History should move in About Us in the Header.

 4. Programs Offered & Short Courses Should not display in the home page. Home page should be
unique.

These options are Already exist in the right place(Academics) in the header.

5. No need to use links multiple times on the same( Home) Page. You may use links on the top or bottom
of the page.

6. Find Us on Google Maps should move in Contact Us is Header. Or you may design another option
with the name of Location or To Find Us.

8. “College Timings”, this is confusing for existing students and outsiders who want to get admission in
college. This is college timing or the timing for new admission.

If the timing is for new admission, the title should be “Timings for New Admission”.
9. There is no need for a search bar. Because it is not working. If you wanna use, properly link the
searches with this bar.

 10. Display Latest News slider and mention all latest news, notifications and important information e.g
intermediate exams 2021’s date sheet notification, College timings notification or any other for students.

5. What do you think about how it should be organized?

I think it can be organized by following the steps that are mentioned above. This website needs a lot of
attention. Proper settings are required.
