Accordingly Smt. Vedavathi Shetty became the absolute owner of the said property. In view of the mistakes crept in the sale deed, for rectification of the same, Mr. Noronha Jevi Rocky Marshal executed a GPA in favour of Smt. Vedavathi per Document No. 11, with a right to rectify the mistakes so crept in. On the basis of that the mistakes so crept in were rectified per Document No. 12.
