has discovered that he is paying a higher interest rate than he expected. he made a mistake.

2. Ann agreed to meet her friend Cari at the library to help him with his chemistry homework. On the
way, she stopped at a cafe where her boyfriend worked. Her boyfriend told her he could get off work
early that night, so the two of them decided to go to a movie. Ann didn't cancel her plans with Cari.
Carl waited for three hours at the library.

- Ann should have to cancel her plan first with Cari.

- Ann should have inform Cari first so that he didn’t wait for Ann at the library.

- Ann’s boyfriend should have understand that Ann already has a plan with other.

- Ann should not have go with her boyfriend without cancelling or telling Cari.
