APPLICATION U/S 91 (CALL FOR RECORD ) OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

1. The respondent above named most respectfully submits as here under The petitioner has lied
on oath before this Hon'ble court that she was harassed by the respondent after the marriage
in C. M. App. No. 1of PWDVA act 2005 and provided the false information regarding
different facts.

2. The respondent filed the application for Production of document but

petitioner has not provided the information which is requested.

3. The respondent filed the different application under RTI but unable to
the get the required information as this is personal information.

4. It is further submitted that as the petitioner has made false claims

in her affidavit and if not proven wrong could put the respondent in a
disadvantage position in this case.

5. The documents sought to be summoned are essential and necessary to

decide the dispute in the present petition.

6. The documents so sought to be summoned to Income tax department

False claimed by Petitioner in her "Examination In Chief" that Xx family
member had gave XX Tolas of Gold and XX Kilo Silver and spent Rs XX Lacs
in marriage along with cash, furniture
electronic item TV, Fridge,
utensils and other complete house hold required on XXth June, 20XX
