1. What are the fundamental human movements?


- By performing all of these movements, you will be able to stimulate all of your body's major
muscle groups. All other exercises are simply variations of the seven basic movements of the
human body: pull, push, squat, lunge, hinge, rotation, and gait.
2. Why do we need to know those movements?
- It helps children with their strength, posture, and sleep, as well as their confidence, social
skills, and sense of accomplishment. This teaches us to move with confidence and control.

1. Why is it important to be physically fit and healthy?


- Maintaining a healthy weight and lowering our risk of disease can also be aided by staying
active. Good health is essential to human happiness and well-being, and it significantly
contributes to prosperity and wealth, as well as economic progress, because healthy
populations are more productive, save more, and live longer lives. Regular exercise and
physical activity promotes strong muscles and bones in general. According to what I've read
on the internet, it also improves respiratory, cardiovascular, and overall health.

2. Why do you think people are less physically active nowadays?


- Many of us are also in financial, physical, and mental distress. And the pandemic has only
added to our concerns. People are becoming less active as a result of technological
advancements that have made our lives easier. We either drive ourselves or use public
transportation. Our clothes are machine washed. We amuse ourselves by watching
television or using electronic devices.
