MYPLATE:

For Breakfast, I usually eat garlic fried rice and fried eggs are constants in silog meals but this
beloved breakfast dish can take on many forms depending on the meat it’s made with, for us
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day plus coffee.

For Lunch, I usually eat food and drinks that can boost my energy like sugars, starch, and fiber.

For Dinner, I usually eat food that less in carbohydrates that can I gain efficient energy source, some
of this are more in meat, eggs, vegetables,

My Ideal Meal:
We need food that can provides nutrients, energy for activity, growth. Similarly, all functions of the
body like breathing, digesting food, and keeping warm are made possible because of food. It also
helps in keeping our immune system healthy.
