Scope of Work

The company aims to produce high quality products made from recyclable materials
available in the market. As a company in the area fashion and trends, this project will produce
bags and pouches made from recyclable materials to be sold specifically to teachers and LGU
employees. This will also help the community to promote recycling and taking care of the
environment. To execute this project, the team will accomplish the following phases:

 Designing of environment friendly bags and pouches.

 Outsourcing materials and resources for the projects. This includes negotiating with the
local junkshops and citizens where the company will purchase the materials for the
project.
 Manufacturing the products based from the design and the materials available.
Employees that will be involve on this phase will be from the people of the local
community.
 Selling the product to the target market.

Team Members

TEAM MEMBER 1: This team member is assigned for designing and manufacturing phase. The
design of the products must be appropriate in today’s fashion trends. The materials must be
available in the local community. This team member will also build the manufacturing team
that will make sure a smooth manufacturing process.

TEAM MEMBER 2: This team member will find supplier of materials for the production of the
specific products. He/she is also assigned in selling the environment-friendly bags and pouches
made from recyclable materials from different junkshops and recycling centers. This team is
also assigned to purchase paint and sewing equipment.
