Physical Reporting for B.Tech. Programme

All the candidates, who have confirmed their seat by paying partial admission fee during 26th –
28th July, 2023 and the candidates who confirmed their seat in CSAB Special Rounds-I & II, are
required to report physically at the Office of IIIT-Surat during 14th to 21st August, 2023 to
complete the admission process.
Students having seat allotted for B.Tech. programme in IIIT-Surat through JoSAA/CSAB,
irrespective of their category, the balance amount of fee applicable for first semester should be
paid to the account number mentioned below, in order to complete the admission process. The
total fee applicable for first semester B.Tech. is Rs. 89000/-

Annexure - A
Original and Two sets of self-attested copies of the following documents are required at the time
of physical reporting for admission at IIIT, Surat
1. Provisional Admission Letter downloaded from JoSAA portal after payment of Partial
Admission Fee OR Document Verification-cum-Seat Acceptance Letter downloaded from
CSAB portal
2. Photo ID proof issued by Central Govt./State Govt./Aadhar Card
3. Rank Card of JEE(Main)
4. Class-X marks sheet / certificate as proof of date of birth
5. Class-XII (or equivalent) board mark sheet
6. Admit card/Hall ticket of 12th Board examination/School Leaving Certificate/Transfer

7. Medical Certificate as per JoSAA format
8. Undertaking (as per format given at Page No. 3)
9. Four passport size + Two Stamp size Photographs
10. Certificate of category (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable, as per Government of India
format, available on the JoSAA website, issued by the competent authority. In case of
OBC-NCL/EWS category, the certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2023.
a. Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) issued by Maharashtra State must be validated
by Social Welfare department (in case of SC and OBC-NCL category) and Tribal
Welfare department (in case of ST category) of Maharashtra Government. The
SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates of Maharashtra State have to produce their caste
validity certificate in the format available on JoSAA website.
b. ST certificates from Tamil Nadu state must be issued by the concerned Revenue
Divisional Officer.
11. Certificate for Persons with Disabilities (PwD)

If the original certificates are not in Hindi/English, duly certified Hindi/English

version/translation of such certificates will be required.
