No. of employees, teachers or professors- 100 (incumbant (kb axfn_ in office getting remu-neration from Government of Nepal,
Provincial Government, Local Level or from a school, University or corporate entity getting a grant from, or under the owner-ship of,
such government or level may based on the professional organization formed according to the prevailing law, form together an
organization with a con-dition to abide by the terms and conditions as prescribed.
If less than 100 employees, Min. 30 employees, teachers or professors may form.

Min.11 organizations registered u/s 15 & currently engaged can form DSCA on its sector.

Exception: Min.7 organizations, district in remote areas classified as “A” by GON.

Min.15 organizations registered u/s 15 or District Sectoral Cooperation Association combining each other can form DCA.
Exception: Min.7 organizations, district in remote areas classified as “A” by GON. More than 50% Sectoral Cooperative Association of
