Fund at the rate Rs. 5000/- per block & Rs. 25000/- per district may
be expended for each observation (International Girl Child Day &
National Girl Child Day) at block and district level
Out of Rs. 5000/-, a block can make expenditure of Rs. 1500/- for
prizes and Rs. 3500/- for arrangement and refreshment. On the other
hand, out of fund Rs. 25000/-, a district can make expenditure of Rs
5000/- for Prizes and Rs. 20000/- for arrangement and refreshment
during observation of International & National Girl Child Day
The Programme at Block & District level should be suitably arranged
at a Venue having basic facilities for participants’ i.e. ventilated hall,
electricity connection, water, toilet etc.
The programme should be properly documented (at least high
resolution photograph) and to be submitted with UC on completion of
the programme.
The BEO/DEO-Cum-DPC, SS may invite PRI members, persons
working in the field of Girls Education, officers working in block/district
administration as guests in the programme.
