Finalize Adjusted Grades
1. Log into k12 OMHS and select the course that needs grades finalized.
2. Click on “Grades”
3. From “Enter Grades” scroll to the right and choose “Final Adjusted Grade”
6. Do not make changes to the student’s grade at this location. Make sure final calculated grades
and final adjusted grades are the same.
2. In the dropdown menu, select the class you want to transfer grades for and click “Export”
It is common to get an error message “XX users will be excluded from this report” Don’t worry. You’ll
check in TV to make sure all students have a grade.
3. TVS and the OMHS sync every 5 minutes. The grades will then be ready for approval.
Confirming Grades in TVS
1. From the courses tab, open the course you’re approving and choose the “Grade Marks” tab
2. Identify any grades that did not sync correctly. Using the dropdown, select the appropriate
score based on your gradebook export.
Do not adjust grades in this area. These grades must match the gradebook export.
3. Click Save and notify your administrator that scores have been confirmed.
