NURSING SCIENCE FIRST YEAR REGISTRATION 2021

Students who are registering for the first time and students who are returning (had a break in studies)
are required to produce the following before they can register online.

Requirements for South African nationals

• 1x Certified copies of Matriculation Certificate (NB. Statement of results for students who
matriculated in 2020 only, students who matriculated prior 2020 need to submit a National
Senior Certificate- UMALUSI)
• 1x certified copies of their ID document
• 1x ID photo (Only applicable to first years)

Requirements for International students

• 2X Certified copies of Matriculation Certificate

• HESA/SAQA Certificate (For students who completed the international curriculum i.e. A/O
levels, an international student who completed NSC need not to submit a HESA/SAQA
Certificate)
• 1x certified copies of their Passport
• 1x certified copies of their Study Permit
• 1x ID photo (Only applicable to first years)

IMPORTANT:

Students should certify, scan and email documents to Ms S Koyo – Sichumile.Koyo@mandela.ac.za

• Bachelor of Nursing Extended Programme: to email all documents by the 3rd March 2021
• Bachelor of Nursing Programme: to email all documents by 8th March 2021

Completion of SANC registration form and submission of ID photos will be communicated once the
student has been registered.
