TOPIC: Sexual Self – Gender Orientation, Sex, Sexuality

TITLE: –

Intro (Montage of something like scenery or scenario)

Symon: Imagine a world where potential is not limited by gender, where every individual,
regardless of their identity, is free to soar to their greatest heights. Join us as we embark on
a celestial voyage through the universe of sexual diversity, highlighting the constellations of
love and acceptance that transcend boundaries.

Chloe: The exact causes of sexual orientation are not fully understood, and it is believed to
be influenced by a combination of genetic, hormonal, environmental, and social factors.
While there is ongoing research in this area, it's important to recognize that sexual
orientation is a complex and natural aspect of human diversity. It is not a choice, and people
should be respected and accepted for who they are.

Aljean: Is it really wrong to be attracted to your same sex? (Interview and maybe with
background story/video clip sa ibang part)

Janna: Some think that being attracted to someone of the same sex is wrong. Feeling
unsure about your sexual orientation or unable to reveal your sexual identity for fear of
rejection or discrimination can be a difficult experience. For me, there's nothing wrong with
being attracted to someone of the same sex. As long as they do not do anything wrong
against others, people should mind their own business. We should choose a welcoming
community instead of discriminating against them. We should make them feel that they are
accepted and loved.

Kate Princess: Attraction to the same sex is a natural variation in human sexuality and is not
inherently wrong.

Roselyn: Definitely not. If you are straight, then you are attracted to someone of the same
gender; it’s not the physical aspect but the personality and characteristics. If you are
attracted to someone, it doesn’t mean it’s wrong or there’s wrong. What's wrong is how they
think. And also includes beliefs and religion.

Joanna:It is not wrong to be attracted to someone of the same sex. Sexual orientation is a
natural and intrinsic aspect of human diversity. It's essential to recognize and respect that
people do not choose their sexual orientation, and it is not a matter of right or wrong.

Aljean: Discrimination or prejudice based on someone's sexual orientation is harmful and

goes against principles of equality and human rights. Embracing diversity and respecting
each person's right to love and be attracted to whomever they choose is a fundamental part
of building an inclusive and tolerant society.
(Interview like sa first)

Aljean: Do you agree in legalizing same sex marriage in the Philippines?

Anne: Yes, I agree. We should support LGBTQ people's rights; after all, they are part of our
community. Allowing same-sex marriage in the Philippines would allow homosexuals and
lesbians to marry the person they love while also strengthening everyone's rights. From the
standpoint of human rights, extending civil marriage to couples of the same gender displays
respect for the fundamental rights of equality and nondiscrimination. It should be written into
Philippine legislation.

Joanna: No, nirerespeto ko ang mga LGBT but never akong agree in legalizing same sex
marriage dito sa Pilipinas.

Kate Princess: Yung opinion ko sa LGBT ay nahahati, nirerespeto at tanggap ko sila sa

lipunan but as a Christian hindi ako agree sa pag-legal ng same-sex marriage dito sa
Philippines, because it's a sin.

Symon: Yes. Marriage is not a concept that belongs to a single or particular religious group
and is a human rights. LGBT couples should be protected by the government against
discrimination and will have the same benefit as married heterosexual couples. There are so
many factors to consider same sex marriage, child adoption, eligibility to claim government
benefits as married couples, and other civil privileges for married couples defined by the
state. We all deserve to love and to be loved. But due to the constitution, same sex marriage
cannot implement, civil union will do.

Roselyn: The perspectives on same-sex marriage are indeed shaped by a wide range of
factors, making it a complex and multifaceted issue. The diversity of views is reflective of the
intricate interplay between cultural, religious, social, and personal beliefs within a society.

Marlyn: Sexual diversity refers to recognizing and embracing the wide range of sexual
orientations, identities, and preferences that individuals may have. It involves understanding
that people have diverse experiences and expressions of their sexuality, which can include
being heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual, asexual, pansexual, and more.

Chloe: And again, imagine a world where the beauty of a rainbow is not just a
meteorological wonder but a testament to the richness of human experience. Sexual
diversity, much like the colors of a rainbow, paints our world with a kaleidoscope of identities
and orientations.
